Very good hotel in the heart of Emden. The room we had was very clean and well equipped even with a safe, however, not newly renovated. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast selection in the morning.
The location itself was very close, about 10 minutes foot walk from the city centre and the famous "Ratsdelft".
The car outside costs 4€ a day, however is very crowded. Another option is the garage below the house, but much higher in price with 15€. Outside the area free car parking spots available.
Bottomline, very good place, highly recommend.

Beautiful location at the park entrance, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Well maintained property and very clean. We loved staying here!

Location ok but not a 4 star hotel according to me. Rooms small and very basic.

Great room, very clean and you feel at home. Instead of breakfast I had a packed lunch, really prepared with love. The staff is very friendly

Attractive hotel at reasonable prices. Generous breakfast buffet. Minor deficiencies in the cleanliness of the room (cobwebs in the room and bathroom). Apart from this minor issue, it is definitely recommended.

Refrigerator was out of order. At my last stay in another room, it was also out of order.

The rooms look 30 years old.
The beds feel 40 years old.
The only blankets for the bed is a large duvet in the middle of summer.
The pillows are very uncomfortable.
There’s no gym.
There were many spiders and bugs in my room and all over the balcony.
They have a hundred unused bikes, but they cost €10 per day to use.
I’m sure this place was great for when it was new, but these days people should raise their standards a bit more.
In any other city this would be a 2 star hotel.
