⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay in Frankfurt!
I recently stayed at the Bristol Hotel Frankfurt City – Central Station – Messe and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is superbly located — just a short walk from the main train station and very handy for the trade fair area. The rooms were clean, well maintained and offered good value. The complimentary WiFi worked well and the check‑in process was smooth. The staff I interacted with were friendly, professional and made my stay hassle‑free. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the day, and the hotel bar/lounge added a pleasant touch when unwinding in the evening.
In short: if you’re looking for a conveniently located hotel in Frankfurt for business or leisure, this is a worthy choice. I’d gladly stay here again, especially given how well it’s served me time and again.

I stayed there in Nov 2025 for 6 nights. Don't get fooled by the pictures on the Internet. It looks really spacious in photos but actually the room is really small.
There is no heating in the gym or wasn't working and when I asked them they said technician is not here.
In Sauna, sometimes the temp is not controlled and its very normal temp. The water in the pool is also not warm as it should be. The architecture is very old and some of their staff is ok but some are not so hospitable. The guy at the reception was bit rude.
I share it again please dont get fooled by AI kind of pictures on the Internet. I stay almost every month in Frankfurt in different hotels but this was the worst experience I ever had.
Also I stayed on third floor but to go to pool you have to go to fourth floor and then again -1 floor because the area was renovating on third floor. It was not very convenient. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there.

Well...this hotel has pros and cons. The proximity to the main train station and KAP Europa is convenient, but the area is a bit rough. That isn't the fault of the hotel, of course. The breakfast is very good, as were the breakfast staff. The hot water and water pressure are very good. Some of the staff were polite and professional. The cons, however, make me say "never again." We were required to pay for our three nights upon check-in, which I found a bit concerning, but it was a "conference hotel," so I put that worry aside...a mistake. Note that we asked to change rooms after the first night because the WiFi wasn't working in our first room on the 5th floor (apparently due to some construction nearby, and we did appreciate the effort to move us), thus my review covers two rooms. The rooms were tidy overall but worn. I saw housekeeping one morning, and I spoke with them about getting more shampoo, and they were eager to help, even as they were working hard on cleaning both vacant and occupied rooms. The carpet was full of stains. Clearly full of stains. There were no telephones in the rooms. I jokingly asked my husband if it was so that you couldn't call the front desk to complain or the police when the noise from the street was still challenging sleep in the wee hours of the morning. As others have noted, the walls are thin. Moving to the first floor gave us good Wi-Fi, but the bass beat of a bar or disco or something (??) until nearly 4 am was not restful. Yes, our stay included a Friday and Saturday night, but we ended up with toilet paper stuffed in our ears to try to block out the noise, with limited success. The owners might invest in the modernization of the rooms, little by little (new windows? removal of carpet?)...but overall, it was a tiring experience.

There were not enough photos of the rooms available online — when I booked, there was only one picture. I still decided to go ahead with the reservation, and luckily I wasn’t disappointed, but it’s definitely an important point: more photos should be added!

Once in the room, the floor was very dirty and there were stains on the blankets. The shower was small and didn’t have a door, so the water went all over the floor. I had booked the large double room, and at least in terms of size, I wasn’t disappointed.

Finally, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed in, but not the worst either.

I did not have a good experience at this hotel, in fact I left after my first night and I was supposed to stay 3 nights.

The pros - close to the main train station and a shopping mall.

The cons - gross. The room was old and dirty, the elevators and hallways were dim and creepy. The neighborhood definitely did not feel very safe.

so far best hotel in entire germany with good location, price, clean and air conditioned.

The only real advantage of this hotel is its location — conveniently close to the main train station and the exhibition grounds. However, the surrounding area isn’t very friendly and definitely not ideal for a family city break. The room furnishings are outdated, worn, and often not very clean. The carpet was particularly stained — not exactly something you'd want to walk on barefoot. There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable, although the direct garden access meant a few flies could be a nuisance while eating. Considering all this, it feels overpriced.

It was fantastic, very clean. Very close to both metro and train stations and close to skyline Plaza.
