Reviews
I recently stayed at the Bristol Hotel Frankfurt City – Central Station – Messe and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is superbly located — just a short walk from the main train station and very handy for the trade fair area. The rooms were clean, well maintained and offered good value. The complimentary WiFi worked well and the check‑in process was smooth. The staff I interacted with were friendly, professional and made my stay hassle‑free. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the day, and the hotel bar/lounge added a pleasant touch when unwinding in the evening.
In short: if you’re looking for a conveniently located hotel in Frankfurt for business or leisure, this is a worthy choice. I’d gladly stay here again, especially given how well it’s served me time and again.
Review originally posted on agoda after my stay
There is no heating in the gym or wasn't working and when I asked them they said technician is not here.
In Sauna, sometimes the temp is not controlled and its very normal temp. The water in the pool is also not warm as it should be. The architecture is very old and some of their staff is ok but some are not so hospitable. The guy at the reception was bit rude.
I share it again please dont get fooled by AI kind of pictures on the Internet. I stay almost every month in Frankfurt in different hotels but this was the worst experience I ever had.
Also I stayed on third floor but to go to pool you have to go to fourth floor and then again -1 floor because the area was renovating on third floor. It was not very convenient. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there.
Once in the room, the floor was very dirty and there were stains on the blankets. The shower was small and didn’t have a door, so the water went all over the floor. I had booked the large double room, and at least in terms of size, I wasn’t disappointed.
Finally, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed in, but not the worst either.
The pros - close to the main train station and a shopping mall.
The cons - gross. The room was old and dirty, the elevators and hallways were dim and creepy. The neighborhood definitely did not feel very safe.
