Bristol Hotel Frankfurt City

Very third-rate. I could put give them an even poorer rating if I could.
The receptionist was very unprofessional and looks like he had just got up from sleep. Rude, lethargic and completely ignorant.
The rooms are catastrophically horrible. I was given a room which did not have glass, cup or kettle. Even cheap mom and pop bed and breakfasts have that! And the clerk tells me that rooms with these basic facilities cost more than 150Euro per day.
There was no heating in the room. The wall heater did not work and the central a/c did absolutely nothing. More importantly, the clerk at the hotel refused to address this saying that he does not know how to fix this.
The internet in the room is choppy and I had to use my data connection.
Overall, a complete disaster of a room and I would encourage all to avoid it like plague.

Stayed here because it is close to the Messe and Hbf. As others say, this hotel is not worth 4 stars, and barely 3 stars. The neighbourhood is not the best but it is not hotel’s fault. I think they do not clean floors in the rooms because when I checked in the floor in my room had wet shoe traces all over the hallway. The shelves and bed headrests are also super dusty. Made me feel lucky that the bedsheets were fresh. Also the walls are made of paper - you hear everything, including lame r&b music blasting from a neighbouring room till midnight. I also took a couple starts off service because they are quite slow and gave me wrong wifi password. The price per night is really cheap, and it is an acceptable place to sleep for the night if you pretend this hotel is a 3*.

Not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The elevators are in disrepair, and the room's carpets are extremely filthy. There's no coffee maker or any amenities you'd expect from a 4-star establishment. The bathroom is disappointing, with a slightly dirty floor, a cramped shower, and water spilling everywhere due to lack of proper protection. Overall, the cleanliness is poor.

The first room we were put is had large stains in the carpet and I the walls. And the second room was only slightly better. We didn't have any hot water. I went to the front desk and they called a repair technician, but by the next morning we still didn't have any hot water. The people at the front desk tried to be helpful, but I had to get a friend to help me get them to agree to cancel the reservations for the following days.

I would not stay here again. The area is dangerous, with drug use and trafficking (including crack) even during the day. At first glance, the room appeared to be clean, but I found a bottle and a pair of panties (yes, panties) under the bed. The staff is friendly, except for the lady I checked out with, who was a bit rude. One of the positives, however, is that access to the station is very easy.

Do not stay here. Rude manager but staff were polite and we could drop off our bags. They couldn’t understand why we were annoyed at the fact there was a private party in the bar which played EDM for 12 hours straight into the night. Awful sleep and they did not sympathise one bit. You would expect a hotel bar to have more understanding for hotel guests sleeping but they didn’t care. Avoid at all costs.

We booked through a 3rd party site and It said it was a 4-star 🌟 hotel on their website that eased my mind.

As soon as we arrived, it seemed inviting, but that was about to change. I booked a double occupancy, but the receptionist said all he had was a standard bed since he was all booked out. We took it thinking we could make it work.
Walking to our room, we noticed stains in the corridor and hallways reeked which were also dark .Pictures on website are staged and are far from reality.

This is more like a 1 to 2 star hotel and 3rd party should reevaluate the rating on their website. For every 1 star review there is a 5 star ratings that are fake. I would think twice before booking here.
