Nice hotel with nice staff. Good breakfast.

Just wonderful. The hotel is an amazing old building, the modern rooms, fancy restaurant and nice terrace. The breakfast was delicious and very friendly staff. Friedrichstadt is a hidden treasure! a most visit town.

There is nothing to complain about. Great service, super clean and very whole
friendly. My family and I feel very comfortable. Stay one more night. Oh, before I forget. The restaurant is recommended.

A very nice hotel with ckean comfort in the middle of Friedrichsstadt. Service is in top and the breakfast is more like a brunch.

Well, this is just too bad, substandard
No AC
No fridge
No tea kettle
No extra pillow, they had emptied the bed next to my bed. I have never ever seen this before and I have been in many hotels around the world.
No elevator, very step stairs and to carry all the luggage
Only a "coin" soap!!
A very small shower cabin with slippery floor
Internet, I don't understand that I have to log in every hour or so
They didn't change the towels and bed sheets. My legs are full of mosquito bites and it is the same bloody sheets today. This was bad, hot like in a sauna and impossible to get any sleep during the night sweating like a pig. And I have to use this bed sheets again
And no shampoo on day 2, the empty shampoo bottle was standing on the sink and half the "coin" soap remaining
Impossible to sleep in the heat, no AC and not even a fan. After a 3 months heat wave they should have arranged something to cool down the room for the comfort for the paying guests
For this price you expect at least normal hotel standard, here was nothing
