Hotel Centro Furth Nurnberg

The rooms are not clean and very cold. After staying one night, I experienced itching, which raised concerns about hygiene. The hotel is also far from the city center. Additionally, the microwave does not work, and basic utensils such as forks, plates, and knives were not provided.

Poor hygiene, overworked russian girl doing all the cleaning/maintenance by herself and a very shady owner who actively makes it hard to reach him by posting expired/invalid phone numbers.

Very pricey for what was offered.
Rooms are very small, the balcony is shared between all rooms on the same side of the building and floor. Also the door to the balcony was very hard to open on the first day. Starting the second day it was in the angled position when we returned in the evening. We were not able to open or close it starting from that point.
Bathroom utensils were offered in single use containers. As there is no service on Sunday there was no items for showering on Sunday.
The reception was not manned during the checking hours, i.e. some people from our group were not able to get their keys.
The parking is a short walk away from the hotel in a public parking which you get a single checkout card for (have to ask at reception for an additional one, who h might be ab issue depending on how it's manned).
It was not easy to communicate with the staff as they seemed to not really speak either English or German.
The beds have some of the hardest mattresses I've ever used. Not good for sleeping in any other way than on the back.

The experience was disappointing.
Very small room with very minimum forniture. No TV, uncomfortable pillow. Way too expensive for the service I got.

Room allocation by phone only. Then the wrong room was assigned twice.
Last but not least, the credit card was charged twice. Bad organization and service.
