The location is close to the city centre, that's literally the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms were extremely small, no kettle, the breakfast buffet closes by 10am (unlike motel one hotels in other cities). The business model looks more like a 24-hour run lounge (downstairs) with some dinghy rooms on top. The breakfast was completely done with croissants and other pastries by 9.30 am itself. However, the lady receptionist I met when I checked in was very kind and helped me with the must-see places on a map.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was really nice and helpful, room was clean and big enough for a weekend. The location was also great, just a few minutes away from the train station and city centre.

I stayed just one night in motelOne Nurenberg-City, but I stayed in MotelOne in two other cities. Among these, this is the best. Check-in process was easy and quick, nice staff. The room was clean. A short walk to central station, but there is a tram stop just opposite to the hotel. If I visit Nurenberg again, I'll choose this hotel again.

Along this road, motel one is the furthest from the hbf and entrance to the old town. Hotel room was small. No kettle in the room. No water cooler at the ground floor. The worst part is that the wifi doesn't work in the room. It works on the ground floor.

There's no 24 hour reception either. When I realised the wifi doesn't work on my floor, it was late at night so the only person working was the bartender, who was not equipped to solve the issue. Sadly I had to go without wifi.

Motel One is just a few meters from a tram station but there's no proper pedestrian crossing to it. Just have to walk and hope not to get hit by a speeding car.

At least the hotel is clean. I would only book this place if everywhere else is fully booked. Leonardo Royal is another chain hotel with much better proximity to the city centre.

When there were employees at the reception during the day, I found them helpful and friendly. Though they made a mistake of double charging. They refunded the overcharging by credit card but it took a few days to process.

In dont know what it is but the temperature in the rooms was very high. We booked 9 rooms and all of us where complaining about this. It was very uncomfortable.

There is no AC in the room just ventilation. The staff recommended to just turn it off but it didn't really helped. Having the windows open will is not a solution due to all the noise on the street.

Breakfast was fine. Rooms clean. They really need to fix room temperature and then it is all good.

It is a good hotel, but handicapped bathrooms are still too small. Maybe they should have tried moving another person around in the bathroom before deciding where to put things? Maybe I am picky, but I hit myself on stuff all the time. Shower wall is literally one step from the toilet. In the end it is still better than having no rooms for handicapped people and we could and did make it work. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was just the bare basics, so would probably get a room without breakfast next time. With those two small things I feel like 5 stars would be too good of a rating. If you don't want breakfast anyway and are getting a normal room, it's probably 5 stars.

They have the worst staff I have encountered. There was no hot water in my bathroom. I told them about it and they did nothing about it.
The room was brutal. No space what so ever.
The breakfast was terrible. Overcrowded and the food was twrrible..
I had items stolen from my room and when I reported it they staff did nothing about it.
