Good looking hotel. Very clean and comfortable but I got a very small room. Good size bathroom. Breakfast offers a larger variety than normal breakfast buffet including champagne.

Had a room at the top Floor and the best thing about it was the view. The room itself was Ok but nothing fancy. Furniture and bed was quite old and used. Had the door open for some fresh air during the night but this made it very noisy. Breakfast was OK and all in all it was a good stay in this fairly convenient location.

It was a beautiful experience. Resident Inn is located near Essen Bahnhof, at the city center, therefore very accessible. The hotel is new, and very very neat. We had a one-night stay in the Residence Inn from 9th till 10th of July. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and one is in walking distance to the main railway station. The highligh for us was the staff taking ccare of us: Khaled, Cynthia, Malanie and Kofi really know what matters in hospitality. there are nice staff here including the restaurant staff. i could enjoyed the breackfas (large selection) and also enjoyed beer & wine at the bar.

Too pricey and hygiene can be improved. Staff friendliness can be better. Too much light shining from outside projectors into room windows. Curtains are too small to cover windows. Parking is free and location 5min from city center.

Hotel is generally nice, the rooms are quite luxurious. But the staff had some very different information. Someone said we have to pay for parking someone said it is free.

Not a high price hotel, but offers the main you necessities you need, ranging from morning free breakfast to nice packing and quiet locations. Thing to improve though is their clean of rooms though. But the staffs are super nice and understandable.

Its in the centre of Buer. Fantastic tram connections to get to the Arena, the Zoo and other location’s. The room is basic but clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A friend booked a room for us (3 person) and I expected a 3th bed for a kid but it's actually a couch.

Wonderful caring proprietors who bend over backwards to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The rooms are fashionably modern with every comfort of home. I would highly recommend this place. PS: the breakfast is also great.

I loved this hotel. The price seemed to fluctuate a lot so maybe I could have paid less but the staff, room and breakfast were all excellent. The only thing was that the reception area didnt look great. The carpets were old and dirty looking, so I expected a bad room, but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed in. Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Always a good welcome at the Buerer Hof, comfortable rooms and a good choice at the breakfast buffet. Not 5 stars because there's no air-conditioning - opening windows helps but light sleepers might be disturbed by the night noises in the town.

Unusually large room. Nice and clean. Only let down is the lack of air conditioning. Would not recommend going there to stay when the evenings are warm. Yes, they provide free standing fans, but they are too noisy for my liking. Great staff.

Beautiful Germany hotel in the centre of the park. Only stayed for one night but i could see it was very well prepared for weddings. Stayed in a junior suite that was massive! With my wife and two kids. Room was great, beds were quite hard but you cant have it all! My favorite park in Gelsenkirchen, you can actually get lost in its wide forest and come to rest at the castle or one of the many outdoor dining facilities for a quick refreshment.. Also there are boats available to rent for a cruise on the lake

Only complaint i could think of is the room location, its on the top floor so a little warm when the sun is out, but nothing bad. Nice Italian Restaurant that is well frequented, and you should reserve a table. The food, such as meat and pasta was always delicious and as ordered prepared. Pizzas, however, I have elsewhere already better eaten. Also the dishes with cream sauce were sometimes a bit overloaded. Despite all of this, you can spend a nice evening. =)

The Hotel is from the outside a small family. The rooms are new and nicely equipped. The showers could be cleaned a little better, but that is in almost every Hotel so. Great clean room and even a small fridge :) Very good location, tram less than 10 minutes away on foot.
