The hotel is located far from public transportation, about 20 minutes walk, you can order a taxi. The rooms are large but do not have a refrigerator or an electric kettle. Things like this are required in such a place because you are in a remote place. The staff at reception were very friendly. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room is OK, but a bit old-fashioned. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and offers little privacy. There are large windows for ventilation. This is also necessary, because the room always smelled musty when we entered. Very comfortable new hotel in the area but very little effort has been made to make it easily accessible on foot. This is very much a ‘car required’ area, which is more the fault of the area than the hotel. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Very reasonably priced compared to alternatives locally.

We stayed at the hotel for a night. The hotel was really good with 24/24 service. The room is cosy and clean. We are happy with the price (62€/night) and the cappuccino for 3,5€. However, the room is not really soundproof.

The design and furniture of the room (wooden) gives the room a very warm feel. The restaurant is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice park around the corner. Despite the distance to the city center, fairly efficient public transit.

The stay was very pleasant. I had a great meal at the restaurant. After a good night's sleep, a hearty breakfast awaited me. Completely satisfied, I was able to go home with my dog and hereby give a clear and positive recommendation.

More like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Basic necessities like a 3 star would have. Parking could’ve been inclusive just for hotel guests since it’s a 4 star as well. Location is great since it’s right next to the biggest mall in Europe!

On site parking is availale for an additional € 15.- per night per car; breakfast buffet is optional for € 20,- The room was clean with a nice spacious shower. The airconditioning did not work.

The breakfast was good .location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to Centro mall and the winter market. Rooms are perfect and staff is very friendly .I think this is the first hotel where I saw the environment's sustainable goals implemented. Definitely visiting again

The options available at breakfast is not very impressive. In fact, It's just basic - nothing fascinating. However, the staff are super nice and helpful - everyone also spoke English. Parking is available too. Besides its proximity to the Centro, there's not much to do around the hotel.

A modern and comfortable hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness that I found excellent. I had chosen it for a business trip for the number of good services that there are in the surroundings. Unfortunately, due to the Covid, it was not possible to fully enjoy it. But the hotel is recommended and I will be back.

Great hotel, newly refurbished, very clean but what stood up was the night shift person Steven Denkowitz who went way out of his way to accommodate me and my family with 2 young children when we checked in at night. The standard room we were in was quite dirty. Hair in the bathroom drain. Breakfast buffet was amazing though. Came here in 2018 and stayed in a junior suite that time and the room was super clean. So I was a bit disappointed.

A beautiful, modern & clean hotel. We had a upgrade from the hotel for the night which was a good surprise, there was free ice-cream for our boys whenever they wanted and the service was perfect, the staff was vriendly and helpful. Also very clean and neat from the terrace till the bathroom! We are very happy with our stay and are thinking the coming year to visit Oberhausen again and stay here again...

Exactly as described. Beds were amazing with memory foam mattress pads. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary but the restaurant, hotel lobby, rooms and bar are very nice. I’ve paid twice as much for half of what you get here.

The room was nice, the service at the restaurant outstanding. So pitty, they place someone like Julia at the reception. Impolite and rude... for me a reason to go to an another hotel next time.

It was a rather "meh" experience. We had booked 4 rooms. In our room, we did not have soap in the shower, and only a little bit in the bathroom. One of the other rooms did not have warm water in the shower. The breakfast buffet could have been better, as it did not have croissants/pains au chocolat.

Just OK for one night. Cleaning was OK. Location is a bit far from center, but on walking distance. I was going to a concert and it was closer to the venue's location. It is a bit old hotel, but quite nice. There was no shampoo but luckily I always bring mine. There was nobody at the reception most of the time. Anyway it didn't bother me for a one night.

Nice place to stay for couple of days. I was sort of missing shampoo in the room and tea was only available some days during breakfast. That's the lost star.

The hotel is old but the rooms are pretty good, they include the breakfast that is very tasty and the people in there is very kind, only that not all the personal speaks English. I had a great time in there. The main saloon is quite good for events like weddings.

Aparts in Oberhausen is a very tidy, comfy place. We stayed for just one night however I can tell that beds are large and comfy, very well equipped kitchen and overall - great value for money. Friendly staff and good localisation - I can recommend it!

The Chill10 hotel is a lovely hotel. The rooms are very decent. But what really makes this place special is the lovely staff and the amazing atmosphere. Also, the restaurant is a great place to be with a nice selection of (vegan) options. The location is not particularly special, but it is very practical.

The concept of this hotel is pretty simple, and it's perfect for some holidays, when you are not looking for high quality service. It's standard rooms, for 5 people for what we got, and you can find the minimum requirement inside rooms. The prices are so pretty good, and help to travel in this area, without spending a big amount inside hosting for sure.

We stayed for one night passing through. The building is rather unique and nice to look at. Many rooms on 3 floors and not too expensive. Rooms were ok and clean. The room has a big window to the corridor which is fine for light but every passing person can see in which was not comfortable but thats why they invented curtains.

Feeling like being at home. This hostel is just great. we were here to celebrate the 3rd birthday of our daughter. Accidently we forget the wrapping paper but the reception manged to get some for us. This is great service and need to be mentioned. The rooms are clean and the bed are good, and all for a very fair price. We will come back and you should really try this hostel.

Great place to stay in Bottrop, just not very central. The room was minimalist yet cozy, breakfast was diverse and very tasty, and they also had a great looking restaurant, but I didn't have the chance to taste their food. Finally the hood around the hotel was very picturesque. All in all, even if you don't travel with a car, with a bus you'll only need some 20 minutes to be there.

Small hotel situated next to one of the main roads of the town. Clean and spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and free WiFi. Due to a steep staircase not suited for disabled people. Excellent breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great place to stay while in Magdeburg.

Didn't have the best of facilities in our room, only a fridge, kettle and microwave. Couldn't cook anything. Don't know why they allow children if they constantly tell them to hush! Parking is a nightmare

We stopped here for lunch when on a long car journey. We searched Google for somewhere with a garden that might allow our dogs. The garden seating area is absolutely huge. The facilities we saw wer every clean, tidy, and modern, and the bathrooms were done to a high standard. We had a (huge) schnitzel each, all made fresh in-house and absolutely delicious. The staff were all super friendly, too
