Beautiful hotel with amazing restaurant options in a beautiful area. The spa was a bit underwhelming (basically just a pool and a sauna), also quite cold even in the summer. But what a view! Supernice staff :)

Stayed one night. Initially given room 214 which was pleasant but a bit of noise later from the kitchens. Reception Staff were fabulous and moved us to a quieter room (204) which was superb with a fabulous view of the fjord. Spa and swimming pool was very good. Tried to get a simple dinner but lunch menu not available in the evening and no flexibility offered - found a fabulous cafe down the road...

We returned to this place where we had a lovely stay some years ago. This year was as per last, extremely good. The ambiance in the hotel is just magnificient, staff, food, wine very very good. The spa/pool area incredible cozy and beautiful. Can only recommend a stay here!

Modern look, in front of the beach, super clean and beautiful!

The surfer house leaves nothing to be desired. We were with 2 adults 2 children and a teenager here and had enough space in the house and in the garden. The house is perfectly equipped to the smallest detail, and the extras such as SUP and bicycles make for fun on vacation without stressful borrowing. The nearby beach is ideal for swimming.

It is a very nice and cozy hotel. The breakfast buffet is impressive and has a lot of variety and the view to the beach is also really pleasant if it is sunny. Regarding the room the decoration is really pretty and cozy a mix of Scandinavian and maybe countryside.

Nice hotel and huge breakfast buffe. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant. This should 5 star but they can only get 4 star because this is not corona safe. In flensburg pedestrian street you shall wear a mask outside, in the hotel there is no mask requirement. At breakfast there were too many people at the buffe, no distance and no masks. These days people like to eat fruits, cereals, yokurts etc, which can be brought in and stored in the community fridge. The buns were not included in the room price, but jams, butter, coffee and tea.

Excellent breakfast, good rooms, friendly family and close to the beach. I've been going there for 4 years now, and it's been consistently good.

We ate here in the evening, very nice and attentive service, great view of the sea behind the windbreak. The food was delicious and fresh. The meat is super tender and roasted to perfection, the pizza is nice and crispy with fresh ingredients! We recommend!

Very good location, friendly reception. We felt welcome immediately after a long journey. The lovingly designed lodge exudes a feeling of security and tranquillity. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Parking right in front of the door, just like the magical Baltic Sea. From the lodge you can perfectly explore the beautiful area on foot or by bike. We'd love to come back.

I was there 3 days. The very well-kept hotel is lovingly furnished. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovingly prepared with different types of fruit. I would go back anytime to stay there. I felt good all around.

A small but very nice hotel. The rooms are small, had a single room, but everything was very clean. The breakfast is delicious and lovingly prepared. The two owners are very nice and fulfill every wish. You can sit outside. If it weren't for the trees, you could see the moated castle from the terrace. It's a 10 minute bike ride to the beach.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The reception as well as the breakfast room and the restaurant are housed in the beautifully restored mill with an adjoining winter garden. Very good stay. We unfortunately stayed only for one night and regret that we stayed for so little. The breakfast was delicious. Vegetarian, complete and a very friendly host. I thought beer in Germany was less expensive... hotel is decent, comfy mattrace, big screen TV. Reception 24hrs. They are a little bit heavy in terms of covid, it's much less limited in Scandinavia. In the restaurant separated boxes and facemask obligation at all times. But Ok, maybe its for the better. Prices very good in relation to quality.

I am guessing we arrived at a very busy time because there were no parking spaces available. The staff was really friendly though. The room at first sight was lovely. Huge window facing the street. Because of the extreme heat and no air conditioning we had to keep the window open, listening to party music and street racing well into the night. Stayed thete for a work related trip in Flensburg. Location: it is next to Flensburg ZOB and the walking street. Several restaurants and bars are at walking distance. Location wise it is 5/5. Service: The staff was helpful and as expected. Both (check in and check out were fast) Room: The room was clean, and had good aesthetics. I checked out early morning, so couldn't enjoy their breakfast.

It was a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my room with the minifridge lights flashing, but they were quick to send people to help. The breakfast was ok, like your average hotel breakfast menu. It is close to a police station and hospital so there were lots of traffic passing by with sirens on. It was not too loud however if you had your window closed

The hotel facilities are very nice and the location is amazing. We were however not impressed with the lack of roomservice. We did however recieve a couple of clean sheets and towels when confronting the front desk to change ourselves.

One of the good hotels in the city, very popular, clean and you can come to eat there. We were there when it was a music festival in Flensburg.

Room is good and comfortable. Minibar(empty) fridge is a good thing to have and here I have it. Full floor carpet at room and it is not my favorite thing. Service is good and breakfast was also good. Seem to be peaceful rooms at least on the back side of the hotel. No excess sounds like traffic sounds are coming to the room.

We had a wonderful evening with great food, good service and spicy cocktails. And the hotels rooms are so good! Recommendable for any business trip, family trip or bachelor partys!

We couldn’t find anything bad to say about this hotel and if we had to, it would be the sirens from the police next door and the fact that you can see across the courtyard and see in all the windows. 3rd floor is not accessible by elevator.

Quick stop over, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is ok. Paid Breakfast and paid parking. Parking is bit away from hotel and you will have to carry your baggage all along...

Very good ambience. Well known for the delicious burgers but had a Chicken in the rotisserie - nicely marinated and tasted really great. Would like to go again and also recommend to someone looking to have a nice quiet evening with some good drinks.

Friendly Personnel. Simple, very clean hotel. It is definitely not a luxury hotel ( the rooms are relative small, sink in the room, no closet ), but we felt very welcome and we will come back again.

Very nice big room, very clean, it had a gas fire place and a shower with many shower heads. Breakfast was great with many different things and different eggs. Coffee machine with real coffee beans which I love, not a fan of powdered coffee.
