I’ll give it 5 stars. Really nice place. BUT the restaurant though is not exactly 5 stars. The resort deserves better. Breakfast was great but the evening buffet was, hands down, terrible and completely disconnected from the cost (40 EUR per person) for a few sausages and a non existent salat bar…

We had a short vacation and the rooms and pool were clean, the staff was polite. In terms of price, they charge 25 euros for a dog and 10 euros for parking. I have never found it ethical to charge these fees without informing them anywhere before. I find parking fees unnecessary in such a quality establishment. Although the dog fee is generally between 12-15 euros, here it is 25 euros and I think it is too expensive.

The apartments are functional but nice and the outdoor pool has a wonderful view. Still, we did not have a very pleasant experience here.
First problem; We booked an apartment with a deep-soaking bathtub (badly needed after 6 hours cycling), but we didn't get one. When asked, reception said our apartment doesn't have a bathtub! Emm, yes, we noticed that. Even after showing her the booking, she just kept on insisting that the Aurora category doesn't have a bathtub.
2nd problem; the apartment was hot and stuffy. There's no air con but to be fair, we knew that and had no problem with that as we like to sleep with a window open. However, it was impossible to open a window because there was no mosquito net on any windows. As a result were unable to sleep properly in the hot, stuffy room. When we asked about this, reception said.... yep, there are no mosquito nets in our apartment!! Furthermore, if we wanted an apartment with mosquito nets, we should have specified beforehand! Where is this stated??? Being right beside the lake, we expected mosquitoes but did not expect to have to specify that we would like to actually sleep.
Very, very disappointing for the price they charge and even more disappointing and frustrating was the receptionist repeating what we had just pointed out to her.

Great new well built apartments that range from normal holiday apartment to super loft style design apartment. Pricing is not cheap, location is superb. Cleaning fees are not adapted to your staying times and are massively expensive for a short gateway stay.
You can use the restaurant for F&B which I wouldn’t recommend. Cater for yourself or use the restaurants nearby

Mostly all right, but occasionally pretty poor service. For example: a receptionist on a very quiet Monday morning throwing her hands up in frustration and berating us because we realized there was a problem with the bill after settling rather than directly when settling; having the same table for breakfast each morning but needing to find and carry a child's high chair over to it each morning; restaurant staff reacting with a lack of patience when our toddler tried to get into the kitchen and momentarily blocked the way; needing to give advance notice of when we would have breakfast each day and when we would use the pool. For the price, one could expect a smoother experience!

The apartment is very nice, lots of space. It would be advantageous if there was a clothes horse. There is no way to dry your swimwear.
