It's a great hotel. I booked a budget room and the room was enough for a night. Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. The service was amazing. The staff was lovely, friendly and multi-lingual. They accept all cards as sort of payment. The budget rooms are located on the 4th floor. However the lift to the 4th floor is extremely narrow and just fits a person with the luggage. Just a word of caution for my claustrophobic friends

Overall, the property is nice. There is one front desk employee who is rude and needs better training. When I asked about laundry service, she told me to google it. It was Gustrow, people do their own laundry here. Everyone in the restaurant was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Really OK hotel with a 24 h service, good breakfast, good room standard for a reasonable price.

We highly recommend this hotel especially for people travelling with children. We are staying here for the second time ourselves. We particularly appreciate the carefully equipped playroom which our child loved. The rooms are modern and spacious and close to the city centre and all amenities. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I spent one night here and I felt very well.
If you come from Rostock port it's a good place to stop, 'cause it's quite near and there is no problem if you arrive late. It's also very easy to find and there is a big parking place.
Staff is friendly and very quick.
Breakfast is good and there is really a lot you can choose.
Good price.

Great place, fantastic location, comfy beds, nice staff, safe bike storage. Rooms get hot in the daytime and could use a fan.
