LOGINN Hotel Leipzig in Leipzig

Absolute disaster of experience, and I suggest to avoid them at all costs. I booked them because they promise parking and 24/7 reception. I needed someplace close to highway to sleep shortly. When arrived, parking was so full I had to reverse all the way out, it was even blocked near exit. All walkways around hotel were occupied by illegally parking cars, clearly the parkings are not sufficient for number of guests. So I contacted night desk that I can't park there. Akit from night desk confirmed it's really overbooked and they'd cancel my booking and return money in the week. It was unhappy situation as I had to drive another 4 hours very tired, but there was no other choice... Then I contacted booking and hotel multiple times, and they started excusing that they can't return the booking price, mentioning they have some issues with the Booking system. I reached out 5 times over the following month. No luck. Now Booking responded the hotel is not 24/7 and can't accommodate guests after midnight. I will file a complaint at Czech office for protection of customer laws, because hotel and Booking were unable to guarantee service, and they owe me something around 60 eur.

To give my post some credibility: This is third (3) time in 223 of different hotel stays (not nights... But different places) I've done since 2017. Via Booking it has been 186 stays out of that, with Genius level 3 loyalty programme. I'm therefore really frequent and experienced traveller. Yet this experience with LOGINN really stands out as a total disaster, and I can't recommend Booking.com either, because they don't stand behind their customers.

Do not book this hotel. The one next it is much more worth it. It's overpriced. This hotel was like a cheap flight. Cheap ticket ending up expensive and very bad customer service.

Rooms are tiny, really bad air and nothing included that was written by the booking. It claims to be a pet friendly hotel, but really not.
Service is just horrible!
Was bothered three times by rude waitress and likely not yet allowed to work young waiter boy during my breakfast, while trying to eat my breakfast. No name tags of course and young boy refuses to tell his name. What is going on? Then ordering me to move to another table right next to me, because I'm not allowed to sit there with my calm dog. It was perfectly fine the day before and I have not received any information about any particular dog friendly or not friendly tables.
Avoid this one! Plenty other choices nearby.

Not recommendable for family stay
When you pay 50% extra to bring a child, but the room doesn't have a childrens bed. The beds are really small as well. The hotel offers a childrens bed for 15 euro ekstra, which is rediculous when you have already paid for the child when booking.
Also when you book, you are not informed/"offered" to pay 15 euro extra to have a bed for your child.

I parked my car in their secure car park and the car next to it damaged my car body works. I am so annoyed.

Are you looking for a nice hotel staff, service oriented and friendly? Clearly do not set a foot in this hotel as the staff is the opposite of these qualities. You have 1-2 people saving the honours but the rest is catastrophe.
We stayed in this hotel for more than a month due to an event in Leipzig so we got the experience first place the lack of solutions & help from the staff, despite the money being spent for the stay.
We even got stuck in the elevator for 40min, no help at all from the hotel (we called for help via the help button of the elevator and the elevator help support told us that the hotel was not answering their calls). Not even an apology from the hotel..

The rooms, breakfast and location to messe are nice and very practical but the staff is clearly the down aspect of this hotel.
