Disappointed, do not recommend.
First, it was said in the description that there is a breakfast option for an extra payment. It would be convenient for me, so this was one of the reasons I've chosen the place. However, there is no breakfast on practice.
Second, there is no feeling of privacy - if you only forget to put a do-not-disturb label on the door, the cleaning lady will knock and ring the room bell in the morning - to change towels which were changed day before.
Also, there's a small kitchen in the room, but no single dish, mug or cutlery. To get them, you have to make a 15 euro deposit. I travelled a lot, have never seen such a thing.
Third, and most unpleasant, is related to payment. At check-in I had to pay some 17 euro tax, which was nowhere mentioned during the booking. This already made price comparable to several other hotels which I could've booked instead. I had to extend my stay for four days, and at checkout they again said that I had to pay another 22 euro, because they did some mistake in my second bill. I don't know, it feels as if they are trying to get more money from you for random reasons. I understand that it's probably not like that, but the impression is spoiled.
Room itself was fine, fare for the price. But definitely won't come again.

the room is very comfortable, but everything is terribly dirty and full of dust, the toilet stinks, total unhygienic. they change sheets and towels only once a week.
the only really correct thing is the guys at the reception, they are very kind and pleasant.

Stayed in the hotel for 20 days. The room is large, the repair is terrible, the furniture is terribleThe kitchen is terrible, the beds are good. Old chairs that fall apart and all in dirty spots like the old sofa. Almost all the appliances in the kitchen do not work, I had to buy my kettle and electric stove. Since one stove does not work, the second hardly heats up. Hot water does not flow in the kitchen. The room lighting is very dim. The bathroom is ok, but the curtain is too long in the shower. Wi-fi that constantly turns off, does not load anything and you need to enter a password each time (the password for each device is different and you need to change it once every two / three days). Staff, cleaning - good. Reception - 2 out of 5. We lived with a small dog. Does not match the money of 85 euros per 1 night. I do not recommend it and will not come again.

I forgot to add, since we focused on prices in booking, we hoped that extending the number for 3 days. 180 euros it will be 3 nights, and it was 2 nights. And when we asked with. And when we specified how much it will cost 6 nights to extend. We were told 500 euros, taking into account the dog, only on the site the price was 400. Checks for payment are not issued, they paid in cash. So keep in mind that you can be deceived at the reception.
