Arrived early morning 2am, booked online but it hadn’t registered with the hotel. Thankfully the staff was very helpful and accommodated us and allowed us to rest and sort out in the morning.
🏨 hotel was clean tidy and modern at reception.
🅿️ parking is available nearby
🛌 Rooms were clean and tidy but dated and tired.
🐶 dog friendly but dogs are not allowed in the dining room, or at breakfast but you can be seated with your dog in the courtyard outside.
🍳 breakfast was sadly disappointing. Limited selection but good coffee.

Good deal hotel for 1 or 2 business nights. Would not stayed longer. Room was lets say OK, bathroom needs improvements. Staff was nice, breakfast was ok too.

If you’re looking for a hotel that makes you feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, look no further. Hospitality for most of the staff was not their strong suit. From the beginning of the stay through the end we were only faced with negative situations. The hotel is entirely focused on business travelers and do not accommodate guests who are staying at the hotel for reasons other than business travel. In order to request housekeeping or to be allowed to eat breakfast in the morning, they require 24 hours notice.
The breakfast staff couldn’t be more rude, accusatory, and incompetent. The room was outdated and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly as there was hair from prior stays on the floor and walls. The shower/tub combo was extremely high, making it difficult (and dangerous) for one of the people in our travel group who has difficulty walking and entering bathtubs.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Staff is terribly incompetent and rude. The breakfast is sub par at best. They require 24 hour notice for room cleaning and to have breakfast. The rooms are extremely outdated and not comfortable. There are dozens of better options in Heilbronn. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this place at all costs.

Very nice breakfast and located close to Neckarsulm Restaurants!
The rooms are not nice any more and urgently need a make over.
Cleaning only on request, which is one thing you do not want to care about on a business trip.

Stayed in two different occasions.
+ Rooms were clean. Enough space.
+ Good location.
+ Free water
+ Staff was friendly.
• Price ok.
- Parking in the Hotel's parking lot costs 10€ per day, even though they were almost completely empty (I would understand a fee if it was very busy)
- No elevator down to the underground garage.
- No coffee machine or something similar, so if you happen to be there a sunday afternoon / night, you won't be able to drink anything warm

Speechless on lack of training for front desk staff…! We called from road 2h in advance to book the room. Then spent over 30min, because receptionist didn’t know how to check us in! How ridiculous and unprofessional is this?! Just to be clear, this is not entirely the receptionist fault he didn’t get appropriate training! The manager must be just very very poor to disrespect staff and customers like this!
Did I mention this was at 1:15am, after 10h drive and before another 10h, when all we needed is a few hours of sleep. Nestor provided exactly what I’m NOT looking for in a hotel.
Edit: we did not stay in the hotel, because receptionist failed to check us in…, despite advance telephone and pre-booking he didn’t know how to check us in and started providing different price vs what has been agreed via phone… horrible experience at 1:30am!
