I've stayed in this hotel many many times and the staff is always super friendly and helpful and the restaurant serves amazing food

Nice rooms but no air conditioner. Hot as hell when there is a heat wave over Europe. However, the staff provided us with fans in 5 minutes👍😀

I have been staying here for the last 2 days and will stay here for some more days... Nice hotel... You get a homely feel the moment you are in.. Very friendly staff... Extremely helpful.. I was there for a walk actually, just and Pokemon Go play, but the atmosphere there was great, the lake is really nice and everything looked sejr maintained

It's very clean and the staff is really friendly. My room had a bath tub with was wonderful. As the other guests mentioned the rooms may be lacking some comfort in a sense that I didn't feel as warm and homely as I like to in a hotel. However the rooms are spacious and provide every necessity. Please add some vegan options to the breakfast menu though.

We slept in a queen-sized bed for two nights and had breakfast, apart from that we did not spend much time in the hotel. The bed was confortable, the rooms very clean and spacious. The shower works well and is supplied with a soap dispenser, as is the sink. The breakfast was great! Everything worked well, though the price was a bit high (coming from abroad). It might be a standard price in Germany...

A decent and good located hotel in Bensheim. We stayed there for one night in April and felt quite comfortable. The rooms are not very modern but still clean and tidy. I have stayed here for three nights, my room was not in the main building therefore for getting the breakfast I had to grab my coat and walk. Breakfast is medium quality, not my favourite ones because they do not serve a lot of fresh fruits. My room was ok, clean and warm. Great place to crash, we were on the road late and needed a place to stay. Pulled it up on Hotels site and saw good reviews. It did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, nice atmosphere. Mostly a business type place, off the main drag. Nice garden and breakfast buffet. Good pricing and nice people. I would recommend.

One of the best hotels I visited. I had a lovely room. Eventhought I am tall and the ceiling was lower in the 3rd floor I myself quite enjoy the overnight stay. Breakfast was really yummy. :)

I attended a seminar in the hotel. The food was delicious and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful :-) Parking around the hotel was good as well and I didn't have any issues in finding a parking spot for my car !

How were we guests over the Easter weekend and felt very comfortable. Our family room was nice and big. The whole hotel is very clean and the entire team is very personable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and delicious. We can confidently recommend the Berghof.

Good, very clean hotel, very quiet location, a bit above the town. The rooms, including the wet cell, are spacious and well equipped. Mini bar is available. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. When I'll be around I am happy to be a guest here again.

Great hotel! Very warm hosts who try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We even had the sauna for private use! The host even cleaned it completely beforehand! Insanity! The breakfast for just €8 was awesome! Everything was really there and everything was always there until the end! We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back!

What a magical place! I can truly not say enough about how excellent my stay at the Siegfried Brunnen hotel in Grasellenbach was. The staff were all very kind and attentive. This is a lovely hotel! You can tell the owners take pride in it and are dedicated to provide a clean and beautiful space. The breakfast is amazing too. We hardly speak German and the owners speak some English. Despite this barrier, we communicated just fine and had pleasant exchanges. I am very glad we chose this hotel for our night in Mannheim.

The food and drinks were good. The Buffet for the planned guests are sufficiently diverse. Alone, the operation seemed to be overwhelmed. Also the language skills seemed to be missing to put all of the orders. With more and better trained staff about safe perfect.

Starting with the good: the hotel has a really friendly staff, is clean and the rate is reasonable. Coming to the downside: the hotel is located in a bad part of Mannheim (and that's saying much since Mannheim is a bit slumish everywhere), old, without AC or even a refrigerator and right beneath a red light district.

Despite the somewhat "special" environment, I felt in the Hotel comfortable and would book it again. Unfortunately, there is not in the vicinity to be really something cozy for dining and drinks. Since this is the only kebab stalls and sports bars with the appropriate audience. Because you have to walk about 15 minutes towards the city center. The Hotel offers Parking 2 garages but they are quite narrow...

No elevator is a big minus. 4 floors with no elevator. Internet access? The singal is there, but no Internet connection. Tried from different devices. Central heating is also off. No kitchen instruments at all, at least u should have an electronic watercooker. For this price, I think you should get something better.

In the center of Mannheim, you can find a public parking lot yourself. There is an underground parking lot about 300 meters away. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the room is pretty clean.

Very elegant and cosy restaurant, with the beautiful interior not really visible from the outside. Italian menu, fresh and juicy. For bigger group or for dinner for 2. Do not hesitate!

Restaurant has a great selection of Italian food. Great ravioli and minestrone soup. Very good service and typical Italian style. Definitely, for me a place to come back again.

Amazing, its really a little treasure, very kind staff, very good food

Great food and very friendly personnel. They are open to extraordinary food orders and provide meals not found on their menu upon request. The price range is from mid to high. Parking lots are provided and public transport is "just across the street". It's possible to sit outside, alas the restaurant and hotel is located next to a well frequented main street.

By far one of the most beautiful hotels in the heart of Mannheim. The staff is extremely friendly and will always try to get you in early. Rooms are always in top cleanliness. Convenient transportation, about 1km from the train station, a long walk, many restaurants around, there is also a water tower nearby, which is a landmark building in Mannheim, the room is quite large, and the breakfast is also very rich

Great design, great room, but bad soundproofing. If you have noisy neighbours might need earplugs.

The location is not perfect, a bit far from the train station if you go there by walk. But the room is good, and they have free Wi-Fi.

Very pleasant stay, the receptionist was very helpful, the room was quiet and a ggos size. There were several restaurants opposite and we had a very good meal at Mai Tai. We found some free parking on the street in the place recommended by the receptionist.

A different hotel Very cozy hotel, decorated like it was in the 20s or 30s. But you have to like it. Staff was very friendly, you can have breakfast anywhere in the hotel. Rooms are also very clean. About 15 minutes walk from the BUGA. You have to look for parking spaces, but you can also book them at the hotel if you do it in time. It's definitely worth staying there.

Lovely and established. In a great part of town, close to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Breakfast was amazing (comparing it to Hamptons and Holiday Inn quality hotels in the US. ) I think my only complaint is that there is no A.C. but that is more common in Europe than the US. I could live with this if they at least offered fans in the rooms.

I got a room near the elevator and there’s quite a lot of people going in and out. Sound proof isn’t exactly good and I didn’t get too much sleep.

The hotel pretty far from Bahnhof but if you not hurry or your destination are in the city it's ok. When I arrived, there were many people waiting to check in. Got a room a little late I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a key card. (Unfortunately the hotel bar was not open at that time. Otherwise I will have a seat to chill and wait.) With a beautiful view on the cathedral, it is very centrally located. Spacious clean rooms (more soap could be provided) and many options for breakfasts that are healthy and delicious. I liked how friendly the staff were, they asked how your day is when you come back from a visit somewhere and are genuinely interested.
