So bad I can't give less than 1 star, unfortunately!
We have been there and unbelievably, we had to discuss almost all morning, during in and out with the staff, very rude and obnoxious, to have the room/toilette cleaned!
We left because they didn't want to clean our room eventhough we paid a very high price for a noisy uncomfortable night! We should ask money back.
Toilette was small and really bad, nothing worked, flooding everywhere during shower.
The Hygiene unknown!

The first day, during the first breakfast I went to the breakfast lounge around 7:30 a.m., while the rest of family was still sleeping.
Early morning I was verbally assaulted by some of the wait staff and I had to justify myself to them because they told me someone else had come earlier to get breakfast food at our room number! When the rest of the family came downstairs to join me for breakfast, the staff didn't apologize, even though they saw that none of us were doing breakfast before!

Hotel was ok. Could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Beds were not very comfortable.

Excellent personnel. Rooms with no usb socket, some problems with the electricity, and room was not clean (I have dust allergy, and it popped up the moment I entered the room)

We chose the hotel for its ‘Fachwerkhaus’ style room and prime location. However, upon arrival, we were assigned a standard room instead. When we politely asked about it at reception, the immediate response was, ‘Your room is correct,’ which made us feel they anticipated our concern and weren’t willing to discuss it. We booked a Superior room, which at the time showed the ‘Fachwerkhaus’ style we wanted, but they claimed there was no guarantee. Only after mentioning that these rooms are larger did they agree to move us.
While the final room was nice, the furniture was poorly finished and didn’t match the overall experience.

It's very clean and the staff is really friendly. My room had a bath tub with was wonderful. As the other guests mentioned the rooms may be lacking some comfort in a sense that I didn't feel as warm and homely as I like to in a hotel. However the rooms are spacious and provide every necessity. Please add some vegan options to the breakfast menu though.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit angenehmem Ambiente. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ansprechend und die frisch revolutionierten Zimmer gewähren genug schönen Platz für angenehme Nächte. Das freundliche Personal und gratis WLAN runden eine tolle Erfahrung ab.

The Hotel is centrally located, staff friendly, unfortunately, totally understaffed, room service, someone barely spoke English.
Even though we had booked non-Smoking room, we were a total after cold Smoking smelly room. We were then moved to a room in the staff wing. The room was fine, but the cleanliness especially in the bathroom was not acceptable. Dirty towels , Dirt in the bathtub , toilet paper not renewed. The Breakfast was fine. Plus drink's overpriced.
