Rated as 4 stars, but everything looks as a 3 stars. Price is fair for a 3 stars, just that it's rated as 4. It's an old hotel, needs refurbishment, extra facilities, more attention to details. Missing amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers diversity but the food, vegetables are not tasty. The staff could be more helpful and speaking English is a must, nowadays. It was clean and quite, though.

I really liked the hotel: the rooms had everything you need (amenities and hair dryer) breakfast was tasty, at the reception desk you can buy snacks, amenities and even sandwiches & drinks (self check out 24/7). It’s not a luxurious hotel but overall you get exactly what you paid for.
There’s a really cool cow farm 10 mins walk from here and also Miramar (water park/thermal/sauna place) and a lake only 15 mins walk.

I had low expectations for this hotel but I actually end up liking it. I love that the windows open although I kept them closed because I didn’t want any bugs in the room. No air conditioning but they provided a fan and water which was ok. Overall my one night stay was good. All they need is AC, pool and an English channel on their television. I would go back. Good experience 7/10

The rooms are spacious for a double and the beds are nice and comfortable. Traveling in Europe, this hotel has fans and a fridge in rooms. That’s a big deal since most do not.

Behavior of personnel are very much courteous.
Size of beds small. Width is about 2 ft or slightly more. There is no latch inside washroom.

Modern clean hotel room, met our expectations. BUT we had a nasty experience with the fire alarm going off at 3am because somebody was smoking in their room. Of course the hotel is not responsible for bad guest behavior, it has to be said though, that I smelled w33d in the corridor where it happened already at 9pm, which makes me wonder why there is no hotel employee or guard walking around the corridors that could have noticed and maybe prevented this event.
In addition, the situation was badly handled. No communication whatsoever, no hotel employee walking around to reassure it was nothing major, and even after fireman had solved the issue, nobody said anything. People just started following the crowd walking up the stairs to their rooms.
The excuse/explanation I got from reception was that it’s just because it wasn’t anything major that there was no guidance, which is, in my opinion, unacceptable.
As I said prior, even though the hotel is not responsible for guests’ behavior, a discount on the night, on the parking cost or a free breakfast would have been appreciated.

A very business hotel. Meets all basic requirements. Staff, generally, are very friendly and do what they can to accommodate you. It is quite a walk into the old town, 45 - 60 minutes depending on fitness, and if the bridge is open! A couple of very good restaurants close by, which is good as the food is fairly expensive and with limited options.

The hotel room was really nice and comfortable. However the check is service was extremely slow. I arrived at 6PM and there was only one person at the reception and we were more than 8 people waiting in the line. No one else from the hotel staff come to support the person at the reception.

Great clean room with refrigerator in room with wine, beer, sodas and water. Snacks also. Coffee and tea in room . We checked in at 2100 and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend. Breakfast to expensive to try.

I recently stayed at NH Weinheim, expecting the comfort and quality promised by a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that I believe need to be addressed urgently.
Firstly, the absence of an air conditioning system was a significant discomfort. A hotel of your supposed caliber should certainly offer a climate-controlled environment to its guests.
Secondly, I encountered considerable inconvenience with the water heater in my room. The inability to maintain a steady temperature, with water alternating between scalding hot and cold without warning, is unacceptable and raises safety concerns.
Furthermore, the washroom lighting is inadequate, particularly around the bathtub and toilet area. The three small light bulbs near the mirror are insufficient, making the space uncomfortably dark and challenging to navigate.
These shortcomings do not align with the standards one would expect from a 4-star hotel and, in my opinion, justify a rating no higher than 3 stars. I am puzzled as to how this hotel has achieved its current rating with such evident flaws.
