We were there only twice for lunch. Food and service was very good. They offer local and German cuisine.

I just love this Mission Haus with much appreciation for the history of faith in the Hermannsburg community. Under one extended roof are rooms to stay, the restaurant with a lovely assortment of cakes and interesting menu; the Mission Museum (not to be missed!); a Fairtrade Shop, and the bookshop of a hundred years old, with an abundance of contents that you would rather expect to be in a city shop...

The room was very shabby. Worse the bathroom. Cobwebs on the ceiling and a broken bed. Otherwise the cleanliness is okay. Unfortunately no mosquito nets on the windows. The staff is very friendly, the food in the restaurant was very good.

It's cheap and they're cute. No luxury; all rooms not equally good. Some beds are very hard. Cleaning not top. BUT it is cozy, the buffet is super, the breakfast good and the host is super sweet and helpful. A place we would like to come again.

Free parking, enough space to park. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but still lovely. WiFi strenght is strong enough to watch video's. The view from the room is not special or anything. Breakfast is good and various choices.

We stayed here one night on our roadtrip. Our room (503) was clean and in good shape and the staff really friendly. The highlight for me was the breakfast offering cereals, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, yoghurt, breads/rolls, a variety of cheeses, spreads, sausages, jams, honeys, and even prosecco. If you need a place to stay the night or need a bite to eat, I recommend this place.

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the old city, ideal for exploring on foot after driving to the hotel and parking your car. The room that we had was nicely decorated and appointed. And the hotel is very convenient to an excellent restaurant. If I go back to Celle, I will stay there again, and am happy to recommend it without reservation.

Surprisingly good, clean, small, afordable hotel, here in Germany. Very good breakfast , I know it sounds like a Clischee but it's true! The rooms are very cosy and nice, only the matreses for heavy people might be soft. The hotel has a newly renovated twin hotel "The village" located nearby. So you can look at it if you need more Luxus. The friendly staff is friendly :)

Nicely located in the middle between the center of Soltau and the autobahn, this quiet and well-maintained hotel is a relaxing and pleasant place to spend the night. Nothing super-fancy, but given the very reasonable prices it's excellent value. They have 2 chargers for electric cars available at the hotel, and use of these is free for hotel-guests.

We stayed here in a family room (us and our five year old son). It's a very pleasant hotel, friendly staff and good-sized room. The steakhouse is lovely for dinner and breakfast here is amazing and plentiful! There is a great park nearby for kids, and it's so close to Heide Park theme park! Would 100% recommend this place!

We booked a pirate themed suite which was around 350€. The room was okay, but had no AC and no mini bar. Just how is this possible at this price point?? It was way over 30 degrees outside and the staff left the windows open all day so it was incredibly humid inside the suite. This is far from comfortable. Especially for children and babys. It was absolutely amazing. There were so many people but you didn't have to wait really long so it was more than fine. I could go everywhere at least one time and I only had 6 hours. After reading the reviews I regretted booking it. But I must say we spent a great time there. My daughter (4yo) had a lot of fun. We enjoyed it too. It's a pity the swimming pool could be visited only once. But well, it's Covid time. But anyway it was worth it.

Disappointed with my accommodation. Rooms were not very modern and could be renovated. I took a premium bunglow with toilets very ordinary. Overall the park has decent facilities for a relaxing weekend. I would suggest families to take a golfcart as this is a big park.

Lovely setting in a fantastic part of Germany (SO MUCH to do in the area). The accomodation is fairly basic, particularly for cooking in, but worked fine for our family of 5, plus doggie. Plenty of activities for the kids, but a bit short on things to do on a rainy day, and not just because of Covid restrictions.
