The breakfast was outstanding (better than brunch!). The service helped quickly with every issue. The spa was nice but during the day crowded, however, at the evening completely empty making it our private spa! The walks up on that plateau are outstanding. When the weather is good, you see the alps to the South and a 1000m height, the "valley" of Zürich below is just an amazing sight.

Superb hotel. First class food. Excellent room (suite). Helpful and friendly staff. Tremendous, peaceful location. We spent a long weekend here earlier this month. I’d definitely go again. The food was especially good.

The quality of the food at the restaurant is top! The mineral swimming pool is the highlight of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful! The room is just average for my personal opinion, but it might be suitable for senior people.

Very nice wellness hotel with great food and great wellness center. The staff is very friendly and polite. The room (junior suite) is very nice and spacious, with "alpine view". Cleanliness is very important here. We will be happy to come back.

This was our first time at a wellness hotel and we absolutely loved it! Though arriving almost at midnight, they had a great variety of bread, sausages and cheese prepared for us. The room and the wellness area were incredible and the food absolutely delicious. Well definitely come back and recommend to anybody who considers spending some relaxing days here.

Wonderful small family run hotel, absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere and its position directly in front of the magnificent Dom! Traveling from Australia making our own arrangements, we found our 3 nights at the Dom Hotel to be a tour highlight - quality accommodation, excellent cuisine, beautiful location, welcoming and friendly - perfect - thank you and Danke schoen!

great waitress every time, fair food talk, good food. dessert could be more original. chef checks us out after staff leaves, his is a dorkish character who in fact better stay in the background. table settings are neat. window view of the stream. the skills of the chef make for a solid dinner, his air gives a stiff aftertaste.

Cheap rooms but ok if you stay there only one or Two nights. Breakfast is ok. On Monday and Tuesday there is the kitchen closed so you don't get served

We were rebooked here after our hotel was overbooked. It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the church through the window. We also ate dinner and were not disappointed. Had wild game and other spectacular food.

Best food and restaurant ever!! If you're searching for a nice place to rest your head, look no further as this newly renovated boutique hotel has the absolute best amenities in town. And the food... amazing!!! The ingredients are always fresh, and the selection unparalleled. If you are so lucky to visit this establishment, count yourself amongst the few and most lucky.

Not bad, but not the right restaurant in the middle of the Dom city. On the other hand, they have an interesting and small menu with interesting things to try. Which I will do.

The restaurant has a nice terrace with view to the dome. Unfortunately I don't think the restaurant deserves the rating, as it comes from hotel guests as well. The food was okay, but the fish from Holland was undercooked. They brag this is a specialty, so it was a bit of a disappointment. The trout fish, salads and blended goat cheese with honey was nice.

A beautiful spot for all seasons and no one in town will take greater care of you then the owners of Klostermeisterhaus! Superb service, rooms and the food is like nowhere else around!

Thoroughly recommend it. Food and service were excellent.

We had such a great time. We ordered a schnitzel with Jäger Sauce and fries and also deer goulash with Spätzle. Both very delicious. As dessert we had creme brulee, also very tasty. The staff were also very kind and the price was ok for what we ordered. Recommended! :)

Wonderful and welcoming this small​ family run hotel is located in a quiet town with impressive cathedral. Very traditional, lovely interior with some very pretty/art/hand made furniture pieces. Clean and beautifully maintained. There's a restaurant in the building that serves delicious freshly cooked, German food. Oh, and cherry schnapps!!! and beer! On their children's menu they have fish fingers...

Idilic place to stay for the Christmas season. We arrived by train so had no transport of our own but this was not a problem, we enjoyed walking around the area. Very peaceful and isolated, perfect for us. We would like to return during the spring or summer to see the area in a different way.

The location is great! You are isolated from the rest of our busy world. Exactly what we were looking for: a small village with just four streets, no shops, no nothing, just nature (and a lot of trees). Bigger villages (shops, restaurants, sightseeing) are not too far away. During summertime there is not even a bus, so you definitely need a car! Schönenbach (exact name of this village) offers pure...

Very impressed with the Kalbschnitzel and Rösti dish. The Rösti was more potato-ish and golden-crispy fried. With a light crust it still fell apart like a soufflé. The Kalbschnitzel was flavorsome and soft. Overall a simple dish thoroughly respected! The service was nice, and the chef personally came out to greet us once he had a break. We felt a fresh swabian friendliness here!

It's a simple restaurant with nice service. Unfortunately, despite the fact that it was on the menu, not all of the court compilations were available. The food is tasty, but nothing more. Maybe we'll go there again.

Me as a representative of my company. I have arrived at the apartment. The rooms aren't bad, but the floors are very bad, it hasn't been painted in a long time. And the problem is the heating which didn't work. I advise you to refresh the apartment, paint the windows, apply acrylic and silicone. That no insects enter through the holes and that the lighting is better outside. The rest is OK. D&V BOJIC...

The rooms of the pension are big enough, but quite spartan. However, since you will be on the road anyway, that's perfectly fine with me. I particularly like the option of being able to check in flexibly. So you are not tied to the given times.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Toilet and shower separate. Comfortable beds. Friendly owners. A little distance from city. Windows overlook mountain opposite. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful place to spend your vacation! The welcome was very warm! We had rented a room en suite. The bed was good, at night pitch dark and dead quiet! Very quiet and beautiful place, great hosts, lovely room. The communication with the hosts prior our arrival was excellent and all our questions were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Fantastic location being right on the lake and the restaurant has Fantastic views and great to catch the sunset with a glass of wine. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The sauna is a good addition. In fact I had a back problem and the staff at the desk happily carried my bags which I am so grateful for! Would definitely recommend this place.

Our visit in Seehotel Hubertus was a pleasant surprise. It was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life and stressful work. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war von allem genug und man konnte alles nach bekommen. Ganz besonders gut war die selbst gemachte Marmelade. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits hat aber auch einen schönen Charm sehr ruhig gelegen.

A very nice place for a stop during a walk, and for dinner after the walk. Very friendly welcome and service, excellent local and typical food. The landlady and -lord were very patient despite our poor understanding of German ;-) And free WiFi, which is much value in this area where you capture a Swiss network before you know, and that's horribly expensive.

I have been coming here for many years and the fresh forest mushroom dishes are amazing! Well worth the drive into the Black Forest region of Germany to eat at this resturant!

we were looking to get something to eat yesterday evening . the food was exceptionally good. service was great, friendly also towards the kids, they also have kids toys if you forget to bring some of your own.unfortunalely i forgot to take pictures but i can highly recommend you eat at least once here when you are on holiday in this region.

We have at short notice from 30.08. - 03.09. booked a bungalow in the holiday village. The booking and communication was absolutely uncomplicated and without any problems. Very nice owner and beautiful bungalow that was equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. Great starting point for hikes and not so far away you can reach beautiful excursion destinations such as Schluchsee, Titisee...

Although I had a nice holiday, I have a divided opinion about this holiday accomodation. When you go in the winter you better make sure you get a wood fire working. (I asked for the owner to get us a hand on it, he prommised to come over but he never showed up). The central woodstove is the only heat source. While our cottage was clean and sufficiently equipped with cooking utensils, brushes, towels...

Basic amenities, no toilet paper, no microwave oven, no electric heating,etc.. No WiFi in the house, there is one WiFi room close to reception Free parking but rather far from the house Relatively far from main attractions (about 25 minutes) There are better alternatives

Chic new modern but very cozy cafe. Almost an insider tip in the Black Forest near Schluchsee. Delicious coffee and fresh cake. Lovingly prepared and everything else that is on the menu. Certainly also a good opportunity to stop off after a hike. Gladly again soon

Beautiful and quiet pension with very nicely renovated rooms and very friendly owners. The prices are adjusted. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty, the jams are homemade, as is the offer in the cafe, and the consistently homemade cakes are worth a trip! The terrace faces south, you sit here very comfortably. An absolute recommendation.

Clean with friendly, helpful people who go the extra mile. The nice surprise came with a free pass to many of the local attractions (I believe it applies to all stays of 2 nights or more) and attentive service at all times with a smile.
