The views from our beautifully furnished, spacious room were lovely, especially with fall foliage. At the owner's suggestion, we walked into town through the woods and back along the lake. We stayed at the Seehotel Hubertus for 3 nights in the suite. The room was extremely spacious with an addition floor above for a third person. Amazing food and drinks served by friendly and funny staff. Most of the ingredients are delivered by local producers and the quality of the food is outstanding! The view from the balcony is pretty nice. You can spot some cows, hills and a pretty view down the little valley. It is further away from tourist traps and I would consider it a hidden gem of the area.

A perfect family hotel to stay in the black forest. We stayed in an apartment for four persons for a week. The apartment was well equipment and was cleaned perfectly every day. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, the lake Schlüchtsee is only a few Minutes walking distance, as is the Rothaus brewery, both places are definitely worth a visit. Me as a representative of my company. I have arrived at the apartment. The rooms aren't bad, but the floors are very bad, it hasn't been painted in a long time. And the problem is the heating which didn't work. I advise you to refresh the apartment, paint the windows, apply acrylic and silicone. The rooms of the pension are big enough, but quite spartan. However, since you will be on the road anyway, that's perfectly fine with me. I particularly like the option of being able to check in flexibly. So you are not tied to the given times.

Just reviewing the restaurant. This is my favourite restaurant to visit in the Black Forest and it is the service that really makes it for me. The waitstaff is professional and attentive and always have a fitting recommendation from the wine menu. The atmosphere is charming and cozy and the food is always very tasty.

We went for a lovely diner at Restaurant Peterle. They provided a menu that is translated to English which is very nice. They offer daily menus as well. The food is very delicious and they offer a lot of explanation with the dishes. We are coming again!

We picked this hotel and location for our first vacation with our puppy, and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff, location and offering of the hotel made it relaxing and fun for both us and the puppy. There are lots of things to do in the area and our highlight was the dog friendly lake a short distance away.

Hotel is located right on the road, therefore the rooms are extremely loud. Pool and sauna are lovely, but very small for the number of guests for the hotel of such size. At first, we were disappointed that we were given a studio uphill from the beautiful house pictured here, but soon found out that it was a new elegant and spacious room overlooking the lake with our own terrace. We only ate at their restaurant, and were we happy to have stopped here?!?! There is a wonderful view over Lake Titisee and a very relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious and service friendly. Parking available but limited. There is also a small place where children can play after having eaten. There is easy access down to the lake, after having eaten.

The breakfast was outstanding (better than brunch!). The service helped quickly with every issue. The spa was nice but during the day crowded, however, at the evening completely empty making it our private spa! The walks up on that plateau are outstanding. When the weather is good, you see the alps to the South and a 1000m height, the "valley" of Zürich below is just an amazing sight.

This was our first time at a wellness hotel and we absolutely loved it! Though arriving almost at midnight, they had a great variety of bread, sausages and cheese prepared for us. The location of the hotel is superb with an amazing view of Titisee Lake. Room and breakfast is also very nice. However, room keeping service is not up to standard. We stayed for five nights and only requested for room keeping twice during the whole stay. Despite neatly placed pillows and blankets, the bedsheets are still wrinkled with hair on it, making me wonder whether they change the beddings at...

Environment: The location is the best in Didi Lake Service: English available Facilities: The room has a balcony where you can smoke, and there is a spa downstairs. I saw nude swimming, so I had to bring my own swimsuit, which is sold in the surrounding stores. Hygiene: tidy Summer and winter should be the best times, and the lake often fogs up in October.

Location of the hotel is great. Right at the lake with a private beach. Breakfast is great and the personnel is helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well kept.

We stayed in apartment 1 for a short skiing holiday. The booking was quick and easy. The apartment is clean and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped. The contact with the landlords was friendly and pleasant.

It's been a while since we were there so this review is long overdue. Very nice and well-equipped small apartment, clean and with that certain something. Whether skiing or spending a weekend with our dog - we thought it was great and look forward to seeing you :)

Overall the apartment is fine and very well located within 30min drive to enough sights to fill a week. The hochschwarzwald card is an excellent benefit as well. There were a couple things we missed in the description - first, there is no oven, just a microwave. Also, while there is a small fridge it does not have a freezer. Wonderful experience! The cuisine is marvelous and staff very friendly, competent and conscientious. Rooms have a beautiful view and kept in excellent state. The private beach on the lake provides a secure way to enjoy the fresh water lake.
