Nice staff. We stayed here on the warmest day in history so it was HOT in the room since they don't have any climate control. But this was an extraordinary day, so I don't blame them. Cheap parking in the same house. Small but good breakfast. Nice beds. Some walking distance from the main street in Kiel. Around the hotel there is really nothing to do except for a really old galleria.

Nice, cozy, clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants and transportation. Excellent experience. Recommend. 🍄🇩🇪⭐

Nice hotel very close to city centre.

Large, clean rooms. Continental breakfast was very good (fresh bread rolls, many types of meat and cheeses, muesli, hardboiled eggs). Would stay here again!

Great Hotel at a great location, 200 meters from the Fjord Rover. Hotel is outdated, needs a make over, but still works ( just). Great balconies. Large rooms. Parking a challenge in high season. House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%.

We stayed for a single night an thoroughly enjoyed it! Rooms were neat and clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a broad selection of savoury and sweet treats, the kids loved the Nutella machine 😂. The staff were very professional and attentive - a big thanks to the reception staff who were helpful and patient with us and four teenagers when leaving our luggage after checkout

A beautiful location. I had a 6th floor room with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Breakfast is excellent and service is very friendly. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable but the furniture and carpet is very old fashioned.

Excellent location with stunning views over fjord. Very good dinner breakfast choices and helpful friendly staff, especially the receptionist (male) who helped me in finding a doctor for a private prescription as I had left my medication in the UK. You saved my one month vacation....much appreciated 👍✅

Not a bad place to stay in but for the money you pay a very empty uninspiring place, no art no plants, only 1 little hard and uncomfortable chair in our little 2 persons room, mini television, same for the breakfast space, empty and cold, no soul there either. But we had 3 good nights of sleep so good silent rooms..

The hotel is ideal for a city trip, as you can quickly reach the train station and the motorway on foot. The sauna and fitness area are highly recommended. Unfortunately, our bathroom already smelled of smoke when we checked in.

The facilities are good for a few nights. But if you want to pass the time watching TV in the evening, the single room would at least benefit from a more comfortable chair than the one in the dining room. Or you have to lounge on the bed. Whether the heating will still be warm enough to provide a sufficient room temperature when the outside temperature is much cooler (it was around 5 - 6°C)... Who...

Good location since the reason for staying is due to company training.

The location is ideal, it's located near the centre of Kiel, the staff is also very friendly and easy going. The rooms ar not cleaned well and the toilet looks dirty. There was a massive layers of dust under the bed. The windows were crooked and could not open properly without touching the curtain rail. Luckily we're using this as a one night stop hotel

The service in the hotel is great, unfortunately I didn't use the kitchen.

The location is really good, close to Hauptbahnhof, you can reach it on foot, super convenient, next to the pier you can take a cruise to the beach

The service was very friendly, the room walls and doors are very thin, so you can hear a lot... The furniture is a bit old, partly wobbly/unstable.

Good room and breakfast, pore parkering. The room had two beds that made a kings size bed. There were also two extra beds perfect for children. The hotel is close to the railroad station that may affect your sleep. We needed to park on the street, it is free from 22.00 to 10.00.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the main train station and about 3 minutes from the Sophienblatt shopping arcade (I think that's what it's called). You can also get to the center quickly.

It was pretty budget but it was a good night sleep and staff were friendly. No free parking as far as I could see. If there was, they need to advertise where it is.

Not Ritz Hotel but a decent place to stay if you are passing through and need somewhere to stay overnight. Quite easy to find parking in the area and the hotel is situated a short walk to the shopping district. Great breakfast with perfect covid-19 safety measures. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again if I'm going to Kiel.

Spacious rooms and friendly service. The location seems nice. No major complaints, but they don't have double beds (two singles together - German hotels), no air conditioner, and no lift. I believe that the cleaning of the room could have been better.

The old town is easy to reach on foot. The Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, there were up to three e Parking is assigned only residents Parking.

The room was very small compared to other Hamptons. They assigned us a room with 2 beds instead of 1. There was barely enough room to walk around the beds. In fact, on my side, the bed was almost up against the wall. No refrigerator for keeping drinks cool or storing left overs. Not enough space to hang clothing ( 5 hangers for 2 people). No dresser. We stayed 5 nights and lived out of the suitcases...

Location is quite strategic, although the time when I was there, there were alot of road constructions going on and the traffic was abit horrible. We arrived late to the hotel, and easily found a parking space at the big lot next to the hotel. Evening staff were super friendly, chatty and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Great lighting. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was alright, had everything you could need. Proximity to the city center was a bonus.

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

The rooms were OK however could've been a bit more clean. The bed very comfortable and the shower was nice. Service was good. The walk to the center is about 40min and there's a nice path for hiking no too far from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The front Desk was very friendly and well cared for. Unfortunately, I can't say the same from the room. A renovation would not damage this building.

For the price is super okay. The room and shower were very clean (looked to be renovated) and the Breakfast is really a reason once again. Huge Buffet for a low price! Very great.

An Well Appointed Apartment An excellent apartment with all amenities, fridge, crockery, pots, jug etc. 26 car spaces are available, but note the entrance is 50 metres before the public car park. Located in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of a super market. Highly recommended.

We spent one night here while attending the darts at the Wunderino Arena. We caught a bus to Keil from Hamburg Airport, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the bus drop off point. Brilliant central location Love the location of this apartment in Kiel. Perfect for short and long stays. Bedroom and sofa bed in the living room make the apartment good for a family trip. Parking nearby and everything within walking distance. We have been there twice and will definitely return.

Unfortunately, the apartment and the bathroom were cold and unheated. Apparently, the heating system hadn't been turned on yet. With an outside temperature of 14 degrees Celsius during the day and 10 degrees Celsius at night, it was a shame.

Spacious place, although the "fully equipped" kitchen did not include a stove or pans, just the basic only essentials. Cleanliness was okay, although there were hairs between the sheets.
