Maritim Hotel Bellevue

Poorest service I’ve ever experienced. They just care about money and couldn’t help us change a date of the booking even though they had available rooms and we had payed for a different date by accident. we stood there with two small babies crying. So we had to go back a 10 hour drive to Sweden instead of getting some sleep and rest. We didn’t even get our money back for the room so there’s a empty room a month from now if anyone is interested

In the beginning, I was very impressed by the view of the balcony and the cleaning of the room, however in the evening I realized a strange noise coming from outside and sounding like someone was pulling a heavy table or working in the kitchen. I couldn't sleep. I called the reception and I talked to 2 different workers to change my room but no help at all! Then the next morning, I realized that my room was located directly near the elevator and the old elevator was very noisy every moment. They did not try to understand my problem nor care about the customer experience at all. I really can not recommend anyone. Besides I don't find the breakfast delicious either.

Awful company with 0 compassion for emergency. Wouldn't allow cancellation 24 hours before even with emergency circumstances
