Maritim Hotel Bellevue Kiel

In the beginning, I was very impressed by the view of the balcony and the cleaning of the room, however in the evening I realized a strange noise coming from outside and sounding like someone was pulling a heavy table or working in the kitchen. I couldn't sleep. I called the reception and I talked to 2 different workers to change my room but no help at all! Then the next morning, I realized that my room was located directly near the elevator and the old elevator was very noisy every moment. They did not try to understand my problem nor care about the customer experience at all. I really can not recommend anyone. Besides I don't find the breakfast delicious either.

Awful company with 0 compassion for emergency. Wouldn't allow cancellation 24 hours before even with emergency circumstances

While the hotel is nice, the reservation service on location in Kiel (not the central one of Maritim) is horrible. The man I talked to was not only unhelpful, but he was very rude. No sign of customer orientation. I will surely not recommend this place to anyone and not be back.

It is somewhat stuck in the 1990s. Some members of staff tried to be helpful but the overall experience was underwhelming.
