Stayed for my birthday, location was great for us as we only stayed for a night so close to all the attractions and train station. Staff were really friendly and birthday card in my room was a nice touch. Would stay again when I come back to cologne!

Excellent stay!! Honestly there's nothing negative to say about it. The location is perfect, the rooms really comfortable and windows are sound proof so there's no worries regarding a good night sleep 😀 I do really recommend to take the breakfast, it's delicious and has a good selection. The staff was really helpful and could not write this review without mentioning Ana (reception) & Laura (cafeteria), simply a good service with a smile! Thanks and keep on smiling 😊 If in Cologne again definitely CityClass will be the place to be.

Wonderful hotel - the Christmas Markets were right on the doorstep! The buffet breakfast was amazing! Rooms were a little bit small but we didn't spend much time in the room other than for sleeping so it was perfectly fine!

Location excellent for Christmas Markets break. Great breakfast selection and comfortable dining area. Staff all very attentive. Room always cleaned well, often whilst at breakfast. One thing reduces rating to 4 stars, and that is lack of kettle, tea & coffee facilities in the room. Would stay here again, but lack of this seems inconsistent with otherwise high standard.

Fantastic central Cologne hotel, 5 minutes to the train station. We were here for the Christmas markets so this made an ideal location. The room was spotlessly clean with a good sized bathroom and shower. Very quiet despite being above the Alter Markt Christmas market. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We had breakfast which was plentiful with a good variety to cater for all nationalities. We would definitely stay here again.

On one of the main squares and a 5-10 min walk from the station. Modern hotel, friendly staff. My room faced the square and it was a little noisy but fine. Breakfast was very good. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Good value. Lots of similar hotels nearby

Excellent Location, right in the heart of Cologne Old Town. Room is big and clean. Good breakfast.
The only issue I was facing is the sofa bed for the 3rd person, the couch can't be flattern, a bit difficult to sleep on even for a 12 yos child.

This is the perfect place to stay if you like a clean, small hotel that is walkable to everything! The staff is exceptional. Daniel greeted is when we arrived, and he was so helpful throughout our stay, as was the entire staff.

Hotels location is perfect.
Hotel is clean & modern. Rooms amenities are good.
Breakfast is fine, but the hot selection is small and doesn’t change at all - we were staying for a week and so this became rather repetitive very quickly.

My husband and I spent 8 nights In Cologne in this lovely hotel! The staff are marvelous and the room was spacious and beautiful! An added plus is the cafe and 24/7 room service for drinks. Every interaction with staff from the assistant manager to the staff delivering drinks to our room was one of cheerfulness and graciousness. It is in the heart of old Cologne making it close to everything, and there are many nearby restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Thanks so much to everyone at City Class Hotel for making our stay so pleasant!!!
