Apartments in Koln

It is a great location for a business trip, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I recommend it as the best stay for a solo stay. It was convenient because it had cooking utensils and an induction stove so I could have a simple meal.

Great location and spacious. But cleanliness could be improved. A lot of dust, wall is dirty, some of the glasses were dirty too. The blind or the curtain was not functioning properly so we had to really careful when we want to open/close the curtain. And during the day its veryyy hot like a summer in August with heatwave.

The apartment was very clean and well located. My husband and I stay there often because we travel for business. Everything was great.

Wonderful experience! the location is great, easy to reach the local transport infrastructure and quick self-service check-in with no wasting time upon arrival for getting a key. The rooms are stylishly designed (look even better than in the pictures that was quite a surprise), the kitchen facilities have all the necessary stuff to make breakfast or even to cook.. The rooms are nice and clean. Feels like a studio. I like the location being right by the grocery store (REWE) and several cafes, bakeries, and dining options. It’s right by the train station. There’s also tons of walking paths nearby. We walked all the way to the famous cathedral. The only down side is there is no one at the reception and it is self check in. The location is perfect, checking in and accessibility are not a problem. The surroundings are a bit marginal, cleanliness so-so. The rooms are functionally furnished. An alternative to the three-star standard, but unfortunately with some drawbacks.

Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable.

Prima accommodatie. Is even zoeken waar de ingang is. Wordt niet met een bordje of iets aangegeven. Ingang is bij de Unicenter op de hoek van het gebouw. Je moet de receptie/doorman vragen om deur te openen naar de liften/ingang van het hotel. Verder ging het inchecken met de machine prima. Kamer was ruim en netjes. Tram opstapplaats is aan de overkant en makkelijk te nemen.

Lovely place to stay, the rooms are just perfect, it feels like they thought of everything when planning them. All rooms are studio apartments with kitchenette area(fridge, stove, oven). Staff is very friendly too.

I like this hotel, it has good wifi, very spacious room with living room and kitchenette. Location is very near to Heumarket station as well as near the Rhine river.

Not so much a hotel, the rooms are in a house. Small, but cosy, decent and clean rooms. Good for staying 1 or 2 days max. Nice view from the rooms. Breakfast is more than ok, no complaints.

This place is right on the river. The rooms are fresh, and the atmosphere is homey. When our girls got sick the staff was helpful and accommodating.
