Very nice apart hotel. Always helpfull stuff behind the desk. All clean. There Is parking behind the building. Also you can use washing machine And thuble dryer. I like design of rooms and little kitchen.

Very nice staff, some appartments have kitchinette inside, there is a game place close to reception. Good value for the money.

Does not have a 40m2 wheelchair accesible room. It is absolutely wrong what they advertise on hotels.com

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and so on. But there's a lot of dust under the bed. Terrible

The guy at the reception was very nice, the room was very clean, but the apartament was to small.

Nice studio apartment.. You got a small room and kitchen where you can cook.. Unlimited WiFi.. Nevertheless they provide weekly cleaning service for long stay guests and if you stay for less than 8 days, be prepared to carry your own toiletries and manage with limited towels..

If you are going to Koelnmesse, and your show is near the south entrance (halls 2, 3 or 11 in particular) then you cannot stay any closer than the Adina Apartment Hotel: it's a 30-second walk from the breakfast room to the south entrance. Great location, 2 min away from Messe/Deutz station, spacious and tidy rooms that also have a small kitchen, washing machine and a dryer. Good choice of breakfast options. Few small points of improvement: Hotel does not have hair conditioner and some employees’ English level is limited at times but it is enough to maintain a conversation.

We stayed at the Adina Köln over the weekend and must say it was a relaxing and awesome experience. Our room was spacious, the staff were polite and friendly. We also got an early check-in, breakfast was delicious and late even cocktails in the Terrasse area was even better. I definitely recommend Adina and I will definitely love to stay here again. Thanks.

We loved the apartment they gave us for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and it was a very modern bathroom. The continental breakfast was delicious and made the stay even better. Very close walking distance to the big Church and train station.

The clerk Romeo was great. Helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was amazing.

A little hard to find the place, look for Lip apartment sign when you get close to the hotel. No front desk. We happen to run into the guy when we arrived. There is a number to call, but we didn’t need to. Close to tram station, but takes about 30 mins to central area. Apartment has 2 supermarket really close by. Has everything you need to cook. The coffee maker was dirty with mold. Everything else...

The photo on the Expedia site is of one of the better rooms. Mine is half the size. I was told "all the double rooms which are free are on the street side, which is loud." That may well be true, but it is small and basic. A better student dormer room. What can you do? There's a trade show on right now and all the rooms are taken or too dear.

It's alright. As I didn't care much about exploring city was good. 10min walk to train so you get to lanxess arena two shops nearby and Domino's yay xD would be really good of rooms would have English TV.

Very communicative manager, nice rooms with bathroom and kitchenette, cleaning once a week, nothing luxery but for cheap weekend in Cologne or short time rent I recommend!
