Just stayed here two nights. Had a great time. The staff is top notch. Everyone is super friendly. Location is great. You can walk to everything not to mention it's 100m to the Dom. Room was excellent, clean. Nice amenities. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was great. Water gets super hot and greater water pressure. Also treat yourself to the chocolates!

Stayed here for over a week in a Junior Suite. All our expectations were exceeded. The hotel felt comfortable and staff were lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The rooms are too small, even for one normal-sized human. Rooms use a card system to turn on the power. This buzzed loudly and intermittently in the night so I had to leave the power off. Great stay at Urban Loft while in Cologne for a conference at Media Park. The room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location is tough to beat, as it is close to the train station (don’t worry, the rooms are incredibly well sound proofed), the Cathedral, and a few subway stops that can take you anywhere you want to go. In September 2023 I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff members were very nice and helpful. The breakfast box was delicious and nutritious. On my departure day my train was very early in the morning before breakfast time but they arranged a box for me which was a very nice gesture. The location is also superb. Overall highly recommended

Room was okay, nothing great, nothing bad. The only thing to mention that I was not aware of until I put the hotel into Waze is that hotel is inside the Umweltzone. The hotel did not seem to mention this - it was not on the booking process, confirmation email, or any of the follow up emails I received. Since all the important attractions are near Cologne Train Station, this hotel is off from the attractions and has to take train and walk for 8-9 minutes to reach hotel and again from hotel to metro station. A perfect location just opposite the Cologne Messe and a few minutes from Train station Koeln Messe plus only 5mins from Lanxness Arena quite convenient as we had an event there. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very good breakfast with lost of options. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Perfect room. Comfy bed. However... our privacy was disrupted during our first day when other guests got into our room using the same key. I suppose this happens because all the rooms on the same floor have the same key, since the key also opens the middle hallway door that goes to the rooms. Also, Saturday night was very noisy due to the pub downstairs.

An absolute must if you want to experience the Kölsche culture, locals, food. Bier is the best and made in-house. Food is typical Cologne culture and amazing. Located in great area, there's a great pub downstairs where you can get a free Bier, good German food and nice welcoming from the bartender. Only 2 tram-stops away from Koelnmesse. Room is spacious, well-refurbished and well-organized. Perfect for both business trip and sightseeing. Definitely will come back to this place.

The staff is fantastic and very helpful! I arrived early and I was tired and the woman in the reception with a very beautiful smile did the check in for me and let me go into my room. The location is good because is just 13 minutes walking from the Central Station and all the museums and principal attractions are around. The breakfast was good and varied. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Cozy and friendly hotel in the center and good price. Don't expect a fancy luxurious place but to spend your nights, have a decent bath and accessible to anywhere in the city, this hotel delivers. The only problem is the WiFi which is not working properly from time to time. However, the staff is super friendly too help out.

Really good value for money. Breakfast was a variety of cereals, juices and breads with cheese and hams and even provided Scrambled and boiled eggs. Centrally located. Nothing elegant or sophisticated but rooms are of good size, clean and renovated furniture. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is more than adequate, fresh with the tipica German food you would expect. Wifi works very well. The only negative point, there is no elevator.

Service was great. Everyone working there was happy and helpful. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and was all new. Only downsides were the WiFi would sometimes cut out and outlets in the rooms were in odd spots.

Stayed for a quick reward night. He was VERY courteous at check in and recognized my status. They nailed my preferences, top floor-end unit. To top it off, a large complimentary Kölsch killed it!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast served was good. The only concern for us was it is almost 45 mins to the center. The bus stop is about 10-12 min walk from the hotel and then a 35 min ride to central station. In the limited time we were there we lost time travelling from the hotel to the central station. Additionally, there are no restaurants around the hotel with the exception of one pizza place...

Overall the rooms are nice and clean and a good size. The breakfast service is great and the pancakes are so fun just like other reviews suggest. The McDonald's is directly next door which is always a bonus and there's a bus stop down the road which can take you to the centre.

I’ve stayed here before so I knew what to expect. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Not much in the area unless you want to walk 20-30 minutes for some restaurant options or a train station. A chain hotel that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

This was an amazing experience, the service was on point and a worker called Omer was so kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bathroom was even better! I was very pleased with everything, and especially the breakfast, where they had a variety of options and a pancake machine.

Nice small hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

Mattress covers aren’t even tight so they slide off during the night. Woke up sweating everywhere and my skin sticked to the mattress protector because it was a plasticy material. Furthermore a good hotel

The location was great (10 min from the HBF) and the room was clean but people should be aware the hotel is in the center of a construction project, tearing down and rebuilding multiple buildings and they start at 7 or 8 am in the morning. It is pretty loud and makes it difficult to open the window.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Cologne Marriott. It’s a very well managed property where the service is exceptionally good. We got a warm welcome at check in, the room was clean and comfortable, the food and service in the club lounge were very good. You can’t beat the location, a 5 minute walk from the main train station and very close to the cathedral and old town.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The Dorint is exceptionally clean, with excellent staff and an awesome bar and lounge. Its central location makes it ideal for enjoying all the fun activities Cologne has to offer.

Rooms are very comfortable and quite big. Some of them are quite noisy because of the street. Reception was very friendly. Check out, can't said the same. I ask for a Taxi and receptionist where are we going but he didn't share the information with the taxi and they took us to another ship terminal not the one we wanted. Excellent service by professional hosts. Fantastic breakfasts and spacious rooms with fitting facilities. The A/C broke during our stay, but this was beyond the hotel’s control, and they offered us great replacements to cool down our rooms. Definitely a recommendation when staying in Köln!

A great hotel in very central Cologne. The rooms are large and luxurious, bathrooms come with a bath and large shower. Also pet friendly (we had our dog with us, €20 extra per night) It's definitely pricey for parking (€36 per day), but you can park in the multi-story next door for €15 daily. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the view from the premium room, the comfortable bed, the fitness, the lobby, the location and the friendly staff! :) We were extra delighted by the person who cleaned up very well our room every single day, we also got fresh towels, water/tea/coffee etc. every day. There are few small negatives...
