The Rooms are very clean and the Food is fantastic. The Location is wonderful, and the Sea is near by.

Impertinence at dinner, endless waiting for the table to be assigned. Parking space has to be paid but is not reserved and if it is occupied you are unlucky. Only partially friendly staff. We were lucky with the room allocation.

We had a fabulous two night stay at the hotel. The reception was a great start. We were treated to complimentary sparkling wine while completing the form in the lounge room. Breakfast was amazing, the buffet had everything one could possibly want. English breakfast favourites like eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, but also croissants, rolls (the plain ones weren't the best, but the others were great), a variety of breads. Fabulous breakfast, really close to the beach (50m), nice pool. Our room was large, the bed comfortable, but the duvets were a bit thin. A proper working shower would have been nice, a walk-in one even better.

We stayed at this hotel in 2021 and have booked again for 2022. The location is great. A few meters and you are on the beach. The breakfast selection is very good, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well suited for wheelchair users. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is inaccessible for wheelchair users due to some steps. Too bad. Otherwise, great hotel with a good pub.

Zum Fahrrad fahren ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fahren nächstes Jahr wieder hin.

This hotel is centrally located in the charming town of Kuhlungsborn right on the Baltic Sea coast. The people working there were extremely attentive and a pleasure to interact with. The room was impeccable and the food there was excellent. I cannot find anything that they need to work on or improve.

The interior is really beautiful (lobby and also the room I had). Staff was very kind - except at the reception: they seemed annoyed some times.
