Hotel room was ok. Restaurant was superb.

We are developing into regular guests of the hotel. 10-day stay in September 2021. Staff super friendly, lots of lovely and nice people, rooms nice and clean, optimal breakfast solution under Corona conditions. To the hotel team: We felt very comfortable, keep your warm manner, thank you very much! We will come back !

The hotel is very stylishly decorated with maritime charm and fits in well with the holiday resort of Kühlungsborn.
The personnel is very friendly and courteous. You have the feeling of being known by the staff, which is also possible thanks to the hotel's 40 rooms. This feels very nice, because this personal atmosphere makes a holiday at the Hotel Neptun a special and pleasant time.
Many thanks also to Ms. Braun personally, who is interested and lovingly looking after her guests.
The sauna area was also prepared individually.
In addition, the Corona concept has to be praised, in which the distances are maintained and breakfast is brought to the table - it was very tasty. :)

The reviews speak for themselves. Clean, reliable, modern. A young, friendly team where the guest is and is allowed to be a guest. The breakfast is great and tempts to enjoy and linger. In addition, every additional request is advised and helped. Unreserved recommendation for single travelers, couples or families with children.
