Sehr nettes Hotel. Nach etwas unscheinbarem Eingangsbereich, hatten wir ein Riesenzimmer im 4. Stock das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Freunde bekamen eher spärliche Zimmer muss man ehrlich sagen, deshalb vlt. eher nur drei Sterne. Aber sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Great, newly renovated rooms and very clean. Nice and friendly hosts. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly adequate. Wifi works perfectly. Local food and drinks (1+) until 8:30 pm! Very well. Will come back, as far as the booking allows.

Arrived here in desperate search of accommodation after the place we booked lost our reservation. The staff were very helpful and set us up immediately in an excellent room. Good size, very clean and with an excellent view of the town. Later that night we dined in the restaurant and the food was incredible. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to try the full menu! Thank you very much...

An amazing Hotel located a short distance (15 mins) away from Triberg. World class amenities and tasteful decor, right from the lobby through to the restaurant and rooms. The hotel also takes every effort towards sustainability. We requested for a crib in the room for our infant. Nice and big rooms. I sat at the restaurant/bar area for over an hour one evening and nobody came over to check if I wanted anything to drink. My colleague had to walk over to the bar to order. Not the service I'm used to.

You can tell whoever put this place together cares a great deal about their hotel. It is well-maintained, beautiful, and an absolute gem in the black forest. We have stayed at quite a few places since arriving in Germany and this has by far been our most favorite. Much of this hotel is quality, but certain details let it down. It does not cater well for children, as the clientele is older generally. There is a slaughterhouse opposite the hotel which slaughters pigs and the noise is quite disturbing. The half board does not include children, so costs can escalate. Most loungers by the pool are reserved all day. Free drinks are limited, only full sugar drinks...

Brilliant location- almost felt like a holiday during my drive to the hotel, through tiny villages, brooks across the road-sides, dark woods and all along, powdered with snow. A new hotel with a nice wellness facility, which includes a Finnish sauna, Hamam Sauna, swimming pool (outdoor & indoor). The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is diverse and tasty. The hotel is pretty far from all the bigger cities, but this is probably the good side of it's location - should be nice area for hiking in summer & winter. Overall very good impression.

I stayed in the rosengarten hotel for a working seminar. The place was great and perfect for working and team building events. The food was delicious and the service really good. I can only recommend this place!

Irene Schlender is what made this place wonderful. Her cooking was delicious. Her family was charming. We were going to come back but alas she is no longer working there so I will take one star away for that.

Nice hotel at the top of hill. It's great if you have a car as it is more than 20 minutes from MarketPlatz. The host lady is very nice and helpful. There is a nature trail which starts on the hill right in front of the hotel and takes you rut o the waterfall. It takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour. You may face issue with mobile network (at least I can say for Lebara) in some rooms. Wifi isn't the best...

Outdated but clean rooms. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything was clean and for a very good price (therefore I don't mind the outdated furniture). I've seen just one person from the staff. We wanted to check out and she kept on the phone for more than 10 minutes while we were waiting. Not friendly! Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

We had a large 2 bedroom for 4 people. It was comfy, but the furniture didn't match. We had an early train and the receptionist was trying to help us with a taxi but there aren't any available before 7am. The hotel is also on a high, steep hill unlike the other hotels so we had to carry all of our lugagge to the train station, which wasn't fun. Next time we will stay by the train station. This is a great hotel. It is wonderful if you have kids because of the large family rooms, indoor pool, and game room. The owners are very welcoming, and will ensure you have the best stay possible. The other great aspect is the hotel is close to Triberg center without paying the Triberg prices.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean. The team is warm, attentive, and creates a family atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. The food was fantastic—freshly prepared, delicious, and cooked with palpable passion. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we're already looking forward to our next time!

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and were completely satisfied with everything... No matter whether it was the room, breakfast or the service... Very nice hosts. That's why I can't understand some of the bad reviews at all... If you look at others Treated the way you would like it to be treated yourself, there are no problems.... The three of us came completely wet and dirty from a mountain bike tour. We would still be offered a place independently. The hostess? showed us a room where we could change. During our meal, which was very tasty, our things were briefly washed and dried. SUPER SERVICE. Here, hospitality and service is not just a job but a calling. We'll come back when we're nearby.

The hotel has its charm, it is a family hotel, and it is evident that they operate it with love. The staff is very friendly and the swimming pool was very good (a bit cold but enjoyable). The proximity to the park is nice, especially with children because the playgrounds are very nice. Hotel is pet-friendly, which is important for us.

Ok place to crash for a night. I didn't like the thin bed linens, but the room was large and clean. The caretaker leaves at about 9pm, but keys are left out for late arrivers. The breakfast buffet in the morning was small but quite nice, and since we were, as far as I can tell, about the only guests still in the hotel it was quite sufficient! Rating only refers to the cafe and the ambience. Just wanted to have a quick coffee after a walk through the village and stopped by the Hotel Cafe Restaurant Zum Kranz. Ambience takes a bit of getting used to. It felt like time had stopped there. Coffee was good and the price was okay too.

I’m from 🇸🇪 Sweden 🇸🇪 and are on holiday with my motorcycle. I just randomly choosed this hotel by checking out Google maps , and I booked via their web site. I had to go to Touratech AG in Niedereschach next day. And what a great surprise this was 😁. Very nice staff , clean room with a comfy bed , and a nice breakfast buffé. Even the egg was perfectly cooked ! If you come in the afternoon I recommend...

Situated out of town this is a cheap and cheerful little german hotel. The staff were lovely. They spoke little english but you know what, You're in Germany, get over it and around it. Some might say it needs updating , but i think the 70s look was actually lush. It was super clean and tidy and well appointed rooms. The food was really good and our waiter was amazing. Nice, clean and affordable hotel specially if you get an offer of 2 rooms together. However, WiFi was only available in the reception not inside rooms. It is nice if somebody wants to stay in the middle of the black forest away from noisy cities but it can also feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. However, the nearest town Freudenstadt is not too far.

The hotel is good looking inside. The room was clean. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was crowded but most probably depends when you go to eat. I could imagine a bottle of water for free.

This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It might not have a swimming pool or be very large, but the service more than makes up for it. The reception staff are incredibly friendly, the breakfast is great (with bio products!), and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable.
