Amazing hotel and amazing staff! Especially Christopher! If you don't know any german do not worry they speak English. The view is awesome and the facilities are a 10/10. Would recommend!

Very old fashioned hotel on an amazing location. The hotel is run by a very friendly family, which is already the third generation. Breakfast is simply fantastic with fresh food, reservers tables and lots of hot and cold dishes. The rooms were a bit outdated, the food later in the evening was average. All in all a very nice experience. Looking forward to returning.

The food is superb, the wellnessarea stunning, the staff very friendly and the rooms very romantic with an amazing view over black forest trees! Won't be the last time for us!!!

Charming hotel set at the head of a secluded valley in the Black Forest. Amazing attention to detail in the beautifully decorated wellness facilities, and the service and attentiveness of the staff was second to none.

Plus points: - very nice location in the middle of the countryside - you can start hiking directly from the hotel - From our room on the ground floor you could step out directly onto the meadow in front of the hotel However: - Communication extremely slow and sometimes inattentive in our opinion - Dinner in our opinion OK, solid, but not special or outstanding - Offer of cakes in the afternoon was...

A very familiar hotel. From the maids to the service staff and of course the hosts themselves, very friendly and courteous. The food is a pleasure every day. The full body massage was very relaxing. The wellness area is also very nicely decorated. However, for many guests, it was rather too small. It also gets very noisy in the restaurants when groups arrive.

Great hotel, nice staff, decor not that new anymore. We were still able to relax very well and had nothing to complain about.

This is our second time with the whole family. The hosts are attentive and friendly ... The food is a pleasure. The 2 pools are used a lot. We'll be back for sure.

Fantastic Hotel housed in the Old farm. Very nice room. Very good Service. Excellent, tasty food on a low-fat base. Very well-balanced Breakfast buffet. Extra wishes are fulfilled. Not to mention very friendly staff ( especially: Vera and Felix). Highly recommended, we will be back!

Small but fine Spa hotel. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very quickly at ease. The Hotel is particularly suitable for a Short-Weekend-Trip. Unfortunately, the premises do not provide the ability to have an undisturbed retreat. However, as each guest would like to have a rest, disturbs the. The Wellness area is very modern and chic, and thus constitutes a significant contrast to the accommodation...

Amazing dinner!! The beef fillet so tender and delicious. The crozets were so good. I loved the cream of chantrelles soup. We finished with the blsck forest gateo and coffee. An amazing meal for sure. We will be back!

Perhaps no one in the Black Forest can match Adler Fohrenbuel when it comes to value-for-money!! But then Adler gives you personalized service also, while making you feel really good about the experience!!

Seemingly family run, cosy hotel up in the hills. Warmly welcomed, best continental breakfast offering of the trip, clean, tidy and comfortable rooms with good blackout blinds providing a solid night's sleep. Plenty of parking and situated in a beautiful part of Germany. Great stay.

A perfect taste of the Black Forest! I stayed just one night, passing through the area on a long drive. The room was perfect, spacious and very comfortable. Great selection of traditional dishes on the menu, and the Black Forest Gateaux was delicious. All of the family were exceptionally pleasant, friendly and approachable. A top find in a beautiful location - highly recommended.

The dinner/lunch we ordered was excellent. The service was wonderful and the waitress was very attentive to our needs. The food tasted excellent and came out in a timely manner. The scenery and settings made the lunch a delightful experience.

We spent 2weeks in Germany in different regions and have tired several different restaurants. Adler is truly a happy surprise to us. The best cream mushroom soup I have ever had. homemade noddle is super fresh and tasty! Offered small potion for. Friendly and effective waiters. Will try to come back to Schwarzwald and Adler.

Beautiful interior of rooms. There are many interesting hiking trails around. The staff advice was very helpful.

There was a very tasty dinner - a duck with apples. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed on the Internet. I also liked that everything was inexpensive. I'll be back again, I'll be sure!

Super nice hosts, the rooms are newly renovated and clean and the wonderful area invites you to go for a walk.

Great, newly renovated rooms and very clean. Nice and friendly hosts. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly adequate. Wifi works perfectly. Local food and drinks (1+) until 8:30 pm! Very well. Will come back, as far as the booking allows.
