We felt greatly and warmly welcomed by our hosts in this guest house. The atmosphere was nice and cosy and we felt privileged to eat in the antique-decorated restaurant that is now only open to the house guests. My wife and I can only recommend you to stay there if you like authenticity, cosiness and warmth.

Amazing stay in Schiltach! Wonderful hosts, lovely room and great food. Highly recommend you stay for dinner as was a real Black Forest highlight. The town is beautiful too and Rose provided great tips on what to do in and around the town.

We can absolutely recommend this cute hotel. The rooms (as is everything else) are very clean, lovely & traditionally decorated. The owners run the place and were super friendly. (and speak English) Schiltach itself is a dreamy little place. Will absolutely come back again.

Rose is the perfect hostess and Schiltach is picturesque with lots of historic buildings. The rooms were very nice and the amazing hospitality made us sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Our stay here was a last minute arrangement and we could not have been more pleased to have been accommodated. This family-owned and run boutique hotel is an absolute must visit. The location is amazing and rooms are beautiful, but what will bring you back to this place time and again is the unreal restaurant. The food was incredible, from breakfast to dinner, you will not be disappointed 👌

Fantastic hotel and restaurant, really worth the visit. The hushband and wife owners were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also had dinner at the restaurant, food was great and service was even better. Can't recommend Adler enough.

The Adler 1604 Boutique Hotel in Schiltach is an absolutely amazing hotel and restaurant. My husband and I had the pleasure of spending two nights in this classy boutique hotel. The hosts are amazing! Right from check in and throughout our entire stay. They treated my husband and I very well. All of the food was incredible, our room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel location is wonderful...

It's a nice campground along the river. There are several spots with electricity and some without. The town clock starts to chime at 06:00, so you may not be able to sleep thru it. WiFi is available near the office area only.

Good facilities. Beer & food on site. Mixed caravans & tents. Quiet with the peel of church bells thrown in. Yes. I would come back.☺

Nice little site right next to the lovely town and river BUT access is VERY tight and steep, plus pitches are incredibly small. Even with a small caravan we'd probably not have been able to get on our pitch if it had been busy!. Height restrictions (2.6m) within the site for some pitches.

Sehr nettes Hotel. Nach etwas unscheinbarem Eingangsbereich, hatten wir ein Riesenzimmer im 4. Stock das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Freunde bekamen eher spärliche Zimmer muss man ehrlich sagen, deshalb vlt. eher nur drei Sterne. Aber sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Very good hotel, friendly staffs and beautiful area.

The villa gave us an awesome experience. It looked lime a place of the medieval past. The staff was very feiendly abd warm. I would surely love to go there once again. And the palce was not expensive as well.. 150 € for 2 people for 2 nights. The town is small but very gorgeous - specially seeing the sun after fresh rains.

Great, newly renovated rooms and very clean. Nice and friendly hosts. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly adequate. Wifi works perfectly. Local food and drinks (1+) until 8:30 pm! Very well. Will come back, as far as the booking allows.

It was great had our carnival dusting there great service very friendly and courteous. Keep it up.

Business travel. Very nice hotel, recently renovated, very clean, very nice food, free wi-fi, close to the bank, very close to the supermarket.

Zimmer und Bad sind außergewöhnlich geräumig und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und als Geschäftsreisender fand ich das gute W-Lan sowie den großen Schreibtisch als sehr praktisch. Die Lage direkt an der Straße stört überhaupt nicht, da die Fenster gut gedämmt sind und man somit wirklich einen ruhigen Aufenthalt genießen kann.

Splotlessly clean hotel in the midfle of town in a lovely part of Germany. Good service and good breakfasts.

Fantastic rooms, huge size! WiFi signal on third floor was poor, but everything else more than made up for it.

it's OK. I found it a bit pricy for what it is and especially where it is. Also it was pretty loud. However room was really big and Brekki was decent.
