Panorama Hotel

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel in Lohme, which impresses with its high-quality facilities and, above all, with the stunning view directly over the Baltic Sea, including the chalk cliffs. We only dined there for one evening, but the cuisine was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful, and overall there is really nothing to complain about. We visited with our little daughter. At the time, the majority of guests were somewhat older, but we felt very welcome and were treated very kindly. So, a clear recommendation from us.

Even if the room rates might seem a bit high for some, it’s simply worth it for the unforgettable experience of waking up in the morning, looking out the window, and taking in that breathtaking view. It’s almost like being on a cruise ship!

Great experience, we were well received, the staff was friendly, the food was great and the rooms are newly furnished. On top of that the location can only be described as wonderful! We will for sure visit again. All the best from Stefan Family!

We were here celebrating the wedding of Azam & Jörg - the staff couldn’t have been nicer nor more professional. Nicole & Mandy were especially helpful. The Italian waiters were also outstanding. Thank you to the chef for some amazing dishes.

Great location and well run hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant overlooking the Baltic sea. It's super lovely and offers very good breakfast. The hotel also has a small, peaceful garden where you can read a book or take a nap at the sun chair. The rooms are very old fashioned. I'm also not a fan of 2 mattresses on a double bed. The staff comes every day to clean the room. A very quiet place far away from crowds but close to many attractions on the island.

We stay for two nights and have the sea view room in the main building. The view from our window is amazing. The building is right on top of the cliff so it felt like our room was in the middle of the sea. This view can only be seen from the sitting area though, because the bed is hidden in a separate area. Water pressure in the shower is good, a nice welcome after a long walk in the forest. The breakfast is the usual suspect; bread, bacon, egg, sausage, muesli, fruit and that's enough for us. Shout out to Frau Stubbe who is the busy mother hen of the breakfast time, making sure tables are fine and well fed, very friendly and helpful! We had a refreshing walk to Königstuhl through the forest by the sea. The start of the path is just a few meters away from the hotel. And lastly, they do accept credit cards.
