It is the perfect weekend getaway for both family and friends. The resort boasts a fantastic indoor playground that quickly became my kid's favorite spot. The enormous pool is a highlight as well, staying warm even in the winter, which made for a delightful swim. The friendly staff and excellent amenities make this a destination we'll be returning to again and again.
The dinner buffet was a bit expensive, but it makes sense to opt for the all-inclusive package so you don't need to leave the place for lunch or dinner.

Great countryside hotel! Staff was very helpful and friendly.We had half-board, the food was always fresh and delicious, although drinks are not included during the dinner, prices are reasonable. The Splash aquapark is 2 minutes walking distance. For sure we will come back during the spring with our bicycles. Greetings from Poland!

Great place for families. Great/perfect room and breakfast plus super facilities for kids.
I would have rated it five stars, but bad maintenance of the swimming area and no soap dispensers there really lowers the score.

i have never rate a hotel with five stars before..every thing was perfect..the food was very delicious..the staff is very nice..our kids were so happy in splash and play room..i recommend strongly🩵

So, somewhat on the edge of making it a two but my little one enjoyed it, and that counts for something.
The splash pool was included where we spent most of our time when being on the premises. It's quite alright but the indoor playground could use some upgrades, too.
Worst part was the staff though. Be it at the hotel or the pool area. Most of them are rather standoffish and some downright weird. E.g. I wanted to change a fiver for coins(which you need for some toys) and I greeted the lady at the counter with a 'Hi' and she went into a monologue of how she isn't a shark but a dolphin...
All in all, I don't think that it's worth the 4 stars and the price but young kids might enjoy it there.

the location is great, but the rooms needs to be maintained, no room service until requested and before 24 hours.

This hotel is not what shows in the website neither what says in the description. Doesn’t have “multiple dinning options” … the ONLY restaurant doesn’t even have capacity for the amount of people currently here. The restaurant staff is very unfriendly, not the s waitresses but the higher positions. I only have one night here, … so far.. not a nice experience.

If considering the price then ok. If not: apartments old with a strange smell but - clean. None of the staff speaks English. Breakfast fine.

We booked 3 spontaneous nights at this resort for my birthday weekend. We can say that the food is delicious and prepared with much care and love. The service staff and reception staff are super nice, helpful and welcoming. We had some issues with the apartment we stayed in and it was fixed and attended to right away. I can definitely recommend this place. Especially, for families with kids.

Arriving from Sweden via ferry, we had just a light lunch anf was looking forward to your offer of great romantic dinner. We checked in at 6:30 pm on monday the 5:th of september. After checkin, we asked for the restaurants. We were informed that the italian restaurant was closed on mondays so the only restaurant open was the one opposit the reception. No problem, as were very hungry we immediatly went there, after considerly wait we manage d to get hold of the head waiter who tokd us no seats available (we could see many empty tables). Back at the reception we were told that there were no possible eating at the resort. Some time later waiting in the reception befire getting someware to go with the car to eat, I was informed that we could have a table at 8 pm. Good, after some wait we got back to the restarant, after waiting for more time, a waitress was grabefd and tolded that we had a table. Yes, you have table 6 in the wintergarden. No menu, so we were told that it was only the buffet. Ok, no problem. Looking in the drink menu, the waitress came back and told us the buffet closes in 7 !! minutes.And thats for a buffet gor 35 euro each, and a restaurant that us supposed to be open until 9pm
We went to bed very hungry and angry.
This morning, we are going to gave breakfast and then leave as soon as possible, dispate we had a 2 day reservation.
Such a bloody experience, never again
