Huge hotel, looks good, good room.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Kostenlose Parkplätze in den Straßen rund ums Hotel. Pool und Sauna.

Perfect location, so close to the town centre and the petrol station made it worth it for us. We only stopped one night on our way to Poland so we didn't get a chance to visit around the area. The hotel was really nice, it could do with getting some air-conditioning in it as the whole building including the rooms was overly hot on the night, but the bed was decent.
They state that it's a pet friendly hotel, however the dog wasn't allowed inside the restaurant area, we were asked to sit outside, even though it was raining. Which deterred the staff from coming out. We didn't get to order any drinks for over 30 minutes, and the staff practically stood near the door and asked us what we want to drink rather than coming out.
I know that doesn't sound that bad to some people but we couldn't leave our dog up in an unfamiliar room alone where she might howl for us, annoying the other guests - and honestly, most dogs are quieter and cleaner than some children that were in the hotel.
If we were to go there again, we would eat in the town centre to avoid the shoddy service and sitting outside while it was raining.

If you come with a car higher than 2m know there will be no spot for you. Wi-Fi unreliable.
While everything about the hotel is great 👍the people coming should be aware of the above unemaginable inconvinieces.I am merely trying to input my advice,not hurt your reputation.

Very disappointing experience.
We were greeted quite rudely but a member of staff- (this was a theme generally throughout our stay) and told we had to wait till 3 for check in (this is at 2.30)- ask if the bar is open and get told no it's open at 3.
We then pop our heads back in at 2.50 and see people checking in... strange...
Head to the room, it's ok, and then I notice we have a tiny little pillow on the bed wrapped in a pillow case- upon closer inspection there is a long hair on the pillow... just not good enough.
At reception I get a sorry and an extra pillow to make up for it...
The worst thing though is when we arrived we were excited to use the spa and pool facilities. We asked where these were and the gentleman said "the spa is closed... today" shrugged his shoulders and gave no more explanation.
A complete waste of a trip, hotel is miles outside Magdeburg, which would have been perfect if we could have had the relaxing spa day we expected. Unfortunately with that and the hair... we headed into town and used the outdoor pool which was great.
In all honesty, I felt a little judged here, two English guys on a trip across Germany- and we were definitely treated like outsiders.
On a positive note the guy behind the bar in the evening was super friendly even if we did get a "welcome drink" token for 1 person in a 2 persons room 😂
Save your money- don't stay here.

Good hotel with great location of motorway for a break during longer journey. Let down, no minibar and air con in room as stated on website. Also, there is a lack of amenities like tea and coffee in the room. Despite the above great, quiet place with clean rooms.

非常垃圾的體驗！我們訂的套房，結果到店後被告知沒房了，衹能給到普通房，我説那行吧，那就退差價！酒店説也不能退差價！這不是**邏輯麼！因為到店已經當地時間九點，沒想過多的糾纏，先去住進去了，跟酒店説，你已經違約了！酒店還理直氣壯的説 you have no choice
呵呵，已經跟攜程投訴，我建議國人不要選擇這家酒店…很垃圾！！
