FC lost to BMG, but the restaurant can't do that. Was there as a tourist and found the location very comfortable. It's probably more of a local meeting point, but if you're nearby, you can have a cold drink with a clear conscience. Beer garden available. Very friendly welcome, double rooms have their own toilet, some a little larger with a sink, some have the sink in the room. The mattresses are comfortable and not saggy. The cleanliness is average, you can see stamens/cobwebs here and there. Breakfast is rich and pleasant with panoramic views over the countryside.

We were kind skeptical due to all the bad reviews, but decided to give it a go. We were very surprised. Yes, the rooms are a bit old (and so is the hotel), but it a was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a fancy and modern 4-Star hotel, this is not the place for you. Artistic rooms full of paintings and many designs which was different to me and I liked it. However, in terms of amenities and cleanliness it is 4 star. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is closer to the Euskirchen city center. They have a sauna, a gym and a laundry service.

What a lovely hotel! It feels like a bed and breakfast with the amazing service and friendly staff. Best dinner we had during our stay in Eiffel, sitting in the evening sun on their terrace. I would recommend Iberico pork chops with caramelised onion and rosmary potatoes. But everything that came past us looked really good, and a bit more polished than most restaurants in the surrounding.

We had a lovely meal at Friedrichs restaurant but I cannot comment on the hotel facilities. The hotel is situated overlooking a stream. Its such a picturesque location food good too. You can eat inside which is good if you dont want the attack of the flies whilst being outside. This happened as soon as the food appeared and spoiled the ambience for me.

I have stayed here many timed over the past 4 years. I can highly recommend this hotel. We came here for the nearby therma, this hotel is a great plce for a short stay. The rooms are indeed a bit old fashioned and the bathroom is tiny, but for this price and a small town like this, I don't think it's fair to complain. Everywhere is pretty clean and cozy, staff are very friendly. Breakfast is much nicer than we expected, many options to choose with fresh fruits. We enjoyed our stay!

I was here with colleagues for a multi-day team meeting. The rooms are bright, super clean and extremely comfortable for a hostel. Everything is newly renovated. The food was good and our requests were very well catered for.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gasthof Burg Hausen. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean, including the shared bathrooms. We enjoyed the breakfast. Guests should be award that the restaurant is not open everyday.

Unfortunately visited during the Corona period, so I couldn't get a real impression. The single room was small but very practical with a large desk and plenty of storage space. Restaurant and wellness is closed. But there are tickets for the food delivery and cutlery and glasses are ready.

The park itself is well maintained, has a nice pool to cool off on hotter days and also a good selection of bakery items / coffee to go for the mornings, making for a comfortable stay. Great resort on the outskirts of Heimbach, with an amazing view over Hasenfeld village. Great base for cyclist ready to do some climbing (❤️ climbs to Mariawald, Schmidt, and Kermeter). The resort is very kid friendly, which, unfortunately, led us to wake up every morning around 5 AM due to crying babies 🤣. Supermarket on premises was OK, better to go to supermarkets in Hasenfeld.

The location ist very nice. A big downside for families with kids is that many guests park their cars all day and night in front of the guest houses, although this is officially not allowed. But there seems to be no enforcement of car parking rules, thus nobody makes sure, that cars stop at the houses only for un/loading and are driven to the big parking space across the road.

Even if the restaurant is no longer open (anymore?), it is still a question of service to organize something for hungry guests from biking, hiking or similar - even if it is just a table reservation. Especially when a lot of things are closed...

The rooms here aren't super comfortable but the staff is nice and they have a lovely breakfast area and the breakfast they serve is actually very good. I really liked the scrambled eggs and the cheese selection.

Warm welcome, excellent value for money and food of an EXCEPTIONAL quality. Probably the best meal I've eaten in Germany, ever, and at a snip of a price. This was a brilliant place to stay for a few days. The food was excellent, and the breakfast too. My motorbike was under cover, which shouldn't have been a surprise as this is a motorcycle friendly hotel. I had a great time talking in my tourist German. I felt really relaxed here. Hotell Finkenberg is on the outskirts of the small town of Blankenheim and provides decent time for a decent price, and includes a nice breakfast.

Excellent service with an authentic attitude of hospitality. Delicious traditional meals, lots to chose from. If I'd live in Nideggen I'd go there every week. We stopped here for dinner after a day at the Rursee in August 2020. Safe the say we had an excellent meal in the beer garden. A really good food menu, and very good portions. Would happily recommend to anyone to stop here for dinner. We had Jägerschnitzel and pork Medallions, both were excellent! Staff we also very friendly. Our dinner for two was around €45 with drinks.

Best trout that my wife has ever eaten and my schnitzel with asparagus was also excellent.

Very very friendly personel, and the food was very very good. After a small week in the Eifel tasting different schnitzels, this was definitely the best!
