Home away from home Eurohof is our go-to hotel when visiting family and friends in Duisburg. Clean, quiet room, excellent restaurant, ample parking. Located in a scenic rural “bubble” amidst the industrial area of the Rhein River.

A little “off the beaten track” but that is also rather positive. Beautifully located on the lake. Great rooms. Price-performance ratio is great.

Clean good hotel in good price

Super old rooms, carpets almost worn through, curtains hanging from broken fittings. It really does need a huge update and painting. My room was also on the busy road junction so couldn’t have the windows open so the room was like a sauna. Even with the fan blowing full it’s just blowing warm air around. Plastic sheets on the beds too so you’re sweating anyway. Basic cheap mattresses and pillows. Bathroom...

This is an older house but friendly and welcoming, especially the reception, bar and dining area. Our room on the second floor faced quiet backyards (# 311). The hotel is located in a nice place on highway number 40 (Autobahn40) and behind the hotel is a very nice park and open swimming pool. The reception has a very nice decoration and atmosphere, which offers a nice sitting down with nice music. The rooms are very nice and big compared with the local hotels with the same pay. Well. Let say we have been to several Van der valk hotels, and this one is not so good for us. The room was fine with balcony except it was not safe if you wanted to have the door open. Plus, smokers-was allowed on the balcony.

The kitchen, food, staff and understanding of hospitality is great, staying here for 2 weeks at DRUPA and every dinner from the card was delicious and a great end of a busy day - thank you Eduardo and your staff 🙏

We only stopped here to make use of the Tesla superchargers. All of us urgently had to use the bathroom which was no problem! Lovely lady at the reception desk showed us the way. We were able to play some foosball and go for a walk near the river and lake. Beautiful place both inside and outside.

actually very pleased with this hotel. rooms were decent, big and clean. we also had access to a little garden just in front of our balcony which was perfect for our dogs

It’s a nice ,clean, quiet and comfortable place. The only downside is the tv’s in the room’s are outdated. I was really enjoying the food,Eduardo head chef, and his team have surprised us with their modern and, above all, exquisite cuisine. Furthermore, the chef did visit our table and we thank him for that.

To visit my friends in Moers Germany I reserved a room in the zur Linde Hotel . First off all congratulations to the cleaning personnel. You don't encounter much such clean rooms . Also the friendly staff was amazing . I'm not amazed that's this is one of the best hotels in Germany.

Very nice, clean and spacious room and the hotel has nice ball rooms that you can celebrate special occasions in (birthdays, weddings etc) - we went there to attend a birthday celebration and the food was delicious.

A very cute place with a beautiful surrounding. The breakfast was stunning.

The bed was great. The room was clean. Good breakfast. Parking for €7 a day should be included.

The mattress felt new, and the pillows were just the right firmness for me. I also liked that the shower had a constant water temperature — a small but important thing. Overall, everything was as described, or maybe slightly better.

I booked with this hotel twice and both times they gave me roadside rooms.Can't sleep when windows open.

Large room but lacking a few amenities such as coffee mug, makeup mirror, extra pillows (only one per bed). Note the front door closes at 10:00 PM and we were unable to open using the code provided (luckily someone exited so we could enter).

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel very much. Wonderful view on the river. Hotel area is not particularly beautiful (industrial area)but offers plenty of opportunities for walks. You are in Duisburg-Ruhrort. I have no idea how you ended up here, but what do you expect from a good hotel in this place? I was only there for a day, but the staff was really friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to get the top floor room, which is quite spacious. I would give them 5 stars , compared to value for money but unfortunately the WiFi signal wasnt strong enough to cover the 3rd floor so I had to use the lobby for work.

The hotel is in a really nice, quiet forest location, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. The surroundings were definitely the highlight of the stay. However, the rooms were quite old and outdated, and unfortunately not very clean. The sink in our room was also broken, which was disappointing. Overall, a lovely location, but the rooms could really benefit from better maintenance and updates.

Nice stay, needed to be at Messe Düsseldorf and had the car with me, so this was a good option. Are in the bar which was great - friendly staff. Good room, decent shower, nice to have a fridge.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet area. We had a great dinner last night, so little noise around. Easy to find and very clean. We came with our 2 dogs which was not a problem. We will be back!

It was a bit confusing where to park. All outside spaces where taken and no sings to direct for underground parking. You could also put more signs in the underground parking to direct guests towards hotel entrance. It's a shame there is no EV charging points especially there is underground parking. Lost opportunity I suppose.

We had room 143. The safe was broken, the air conditioning didn't work on a very hot weekend. The shower water took ages to drain away. The maid just knocked & came in even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. Its out in the middle of no where, so not very convenient for anything apart from the golf course next door. The breakfast was a plenty, but the "fresh fruit" was actually frozen...

A cosy hotel at Duisburg, just a few bus stops from the Duisburg Central Station. Enjoyed my stay here overall, but they don't provide kettle nor cutleries for some light snacks in the room.

Perfectly nice hotel for a couple of nights if for some odd reason you have something to attend to in Duisburg. The rooms are clean and fairly new, beds are firm and comfy, rain shower in the morning gorgeous. Public transport in the immediate vicinity, so are some food and drink options. A scooter ride along the canal (if you're lucky you even get a room with a view onto the water) away the better...

The hotel is located on the inner harbor and is fairly centrally located, within walking distance of the city center. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. Overall, however, the building doesn't give the most well-maintained impression, with numerous marks and scratches on the walls. Unfortunately, the attention to detail is lacking in some places – but nevertheless, the price is fair...

Visited with a large group of colleagues midweek. This hotel was chosen due to its location and affordable prices. The rooms were very basic: a bed, a bathroom and a small clothes rail, that’s it. A bit far away from the city center and also the nearest tram stop is around 400m. The area is not with a lot of shops or restaurants. One thing I have to say is that the restaurant Loewe who manages this hotel serves one of the best veggie burger and their own Loewe fries. It is a must try.

Great hotel. The breakfast was super. Despite the fact that we are usually not big meat ball fans we absolutely loved them there. Also worth mentioning is the great selection of cheeses. The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

A nice little motto hotel. Although a little simple and the little complicated system with the breakfast in another Hotel, I really would visit again. It is located near the City, it was clean and although the breakfast sortiment wasn't the biggest one I had in a hotel in the last years, this was one of the better ones in taste.

An enjoyable stay, All of the reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Laura on reception was particularly helpful going over and above her duties -helping to contact a local Taxi Co (who only had an answer phone message - in German). Would recommend, and happy to stay there again. The only downside is that the restaurant does not do evening meals.

We stayed here for 6 nights in a comfort king room. Spacious room with air-conditioning, which was brilliant as it was 32c during our stay. The staff were brilliant and so helpful organising taxis when we required them. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Cost effective, very basic, stayover facility with shared toilet/showers. Room and bed was okay. And the location is excellent.

Everything was good. I had a good experience here. Some recommendations are: it would be much better to have lift. Painting on staircase are scary as hell. At the middle of the night if someone sees while holding his/her luggage they gonna fear out. Should be changed. Overall it is good and instructions are easy and clearly conveyed.

Breakfast was very good and luckily served until 10:30 a.m. because it was school holidays. The room was nice, too, although a bit small, but we had booked the cheapest category. However, we chose this hotel because of the pool and sauna. The pool was broken and unusable. The sauna is actually available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., but you have to call ahead or wait half an hour to use it in the morning...

Nice room with practical furniture, comfortable bed, sufficient lighting and a nice bathroom. Nice extras such as coffee, water and refrigerator in the room. Also no shortage of power outlets. Entrance hall room is an extra asset.

The hotel was very good, but the waitress/receptionist at the breakfast buffet was very inhospitable. You didn't feel welcome, more like a supplicant. Typically German, always with the didactic, raised index finger. It was a shame, it ruined my day and from then on I only went into the city for breakfast.

The hotel and reception was great. But this is the second time i have booked a hotel thru you that say there is a shuttle service to the airport and there was none. They offered to book me a cab. The cab cost me more then the hotel room. Totally bot hapoy about this

The rooms are fine, the bed is good, the windows are actually pretty tight, but you can still hear the street. All in all, it's OK and the staff are really friendly. Less nice: The room was unfortunately freezing cold - it was pretty extreme!! And there's no heating in the bathroom... Maybe that's something you should rethink.

Yes, the staff are friendly too. The best choice for one night stay, close to the train station. Turn right when you exit the station. You don't have to wait until 3pm, you can check in if there is a room available before 3pm.

The hotel is very close to Duisburg Train Station. It is very convenient to get to the hotel right outside the train station. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you don’t have to walk far to buy things and eat.

I didn't want to change it for the weekend because I had to take the train here on Monday, so I stayed one more night. It is very convenient to the train station. There is a big square in front, with many blacks or Turks. I was a little worried about the danger, but the front desk said it was safe. No problem

The room was average, but the location was convenient. The front desk was Turkish and didn't speak good English. And because of the pricing issue on Cyril, they asked me for the price difference, but I didn't give it to them, but the communication was very troublesome. Not a good experience

Not really a nice hotel, but practical and convenient for those who want to be close (next door) to the train station. Rooms are small, clean but a bit out dated. The tv in the room is a big Samsung with a good selection of international channels. Breakfast was ok.
