Nice location, but service was sub par, bordering on indifferent (not all members of staff but more than one).

No parking space only expensive parking in worn down parking house nearby.

Smelly corridors and weird atmosphere.

Almost no breakfast for vegans or people with allergies – and no reliable understanding of allergens either.

Room was crammed and not clean enough. We were told upon departure that we could have asked for another one which probably we should, but we arrived at 11:50pm and didn’t have the energy to.

Good and nice hotel easy to find when you drive on trip and you want rest plus you have overnight carpark 2min from hotel

Perfectly nice hotel for a couple of nights if for some odd reason you have something to attend to in Duisburg. The rooms are clean and fairly new, beds are firm and comfy, rain shower in the morning gorgeous. Public transport in the immediate vicinity, so are some food and drink options. A scooter ride along the canal (if you're lucky you even get a room with a view onto the water) away the better options of the inner harbour. Parking can be a bit iffy at times, but even spots that are free overnight are usually to be found. My go to place whenever I need to spend a night in Duisburg!

Visited with a large group of colleagues midweek.

This hotel was chosen due to its location and affordable prices.

The rooms were very basic: a bed, a bathroom and a small clothes rail, that’s it. However, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and perfectly fine as somewhere for a quick break as long as you aren’t expecting any luxuries.

There were very few staff, leading to a long wait at the (small) bar in the evenings. The staff we did encounter however, were very polite.

Breakfast was the standard continental, however as the food area is very small it gets extremely busy, so visit before 7am for a guaranteed table.

Extra tip: the surrounding area experiences high traffic at rush hour. If like me you need an airport ride early in the morning, allow yourself lots of spare time!

Awful service, they do not care about the customers. One of our rooms was not ready (at 6pm), we entered and found the mattress in vertical position on the bed!!
Then we got mistreated by the receptionist who was at the desk on the 6.2.25 around 1pm. He should not work in customer facing roles. He treated us very unpolitely, after we got denied a refund for a double payment due to a mistake during the reservation. I quote: "write all the claims you want, you won't get anything"
No-one in our company will ever stay here again

The hotel is very good central in Duisburg. Lot of night actives are very close. The rooms was very clean and the view was also nice.

Staff desk was very rude and arrogant...
English communications was very bad...
We didn't check in because desk worker every time change price to up or high...

Better luck next time maybe...

Very small, inconvenient room without single chair, table and wardrobe. Bright and colorful decoration maybe appeals to someone but for me it looks just cheap, synthetic and not cozy at all. One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in Germany (100+). I would avoid.

Best one, clean, comfy, very good hygiene standard when it comes to covid, felt safe in it.
