It is not 5 star hotel but is comfortable, clean, nice wellness center (if you have do not have a problem with naked people). Great stuff. I liked it..feel totaly relaxed

I made interview to work as room cleaner in this hôtel ,in the beginning they promised me to contract me i waited for good 2months but they never call me.

Very nice downstairs in restaurant, bar and so on. Rooms look a little tired and need refurbishment. Service was very good.

Hotel, employers and location: 1A. I missed signs to find the hotel. Room 1A, but restaurant not really to recommend for gourmets. They offer mostly fastfood like at McDonalds.

It is always a great place to stay. The hotel and the atmosphere is fantastic. If you are a Borussia Fan, it is a must to stay there.

Beds and pillows terrible...However Breakfast good. So if you want to wake up tired but leave well fed then it's the place for you.

Spacious clean modern room with bath and nice view (and windows can be opened). Shower gel smells very nice. Breakfast is quite ok (they have salmon and a selection of delicious cheeses; orange juice of acceptable quality; eggs; all kinds of good coffee; …).

This is not a modern Leonardo, but rather an old fashioned former whatever branded as a Leonardo. The bathroom was ancient and could have benefited from better housekeeping. Their Corona policy is ridiculous: you have to wear gloves at the buffet, but at the same time they tolerate that their customers meet in the reception area and drink beer, of course without mask. Disappointing.

This hotel is smack bang in the middle of Mönchengladbach and overlooks a park and the Abteiberg. The welcome was friendly and the staff throughout couldn’t do enough to assist. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the Alter Markt with plenty of bars and restaurants, and also the start of the shopping area. The room was fine. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had my room in the "Kutschhaus". Very friendly and cosy rooms. The Internet was excellent. It seemed very new and well maintained. The bathroom was spacious and the shower really nice. The restaurant is a big plus, especially if you like wine and typical german food.

Comfortable rooms, a good restaurant, and great ambience. Good location just on the edge of the village, and right near the walking/biking paths. Not modern by American standards, but charming nonetheless.

Booked a room 3 weeks in advance for match night(BMG vs Bayern). When I arrived they told me that there was a mistake and that all the rooms had been booked up - no rooms left for me. Clean new robohotel next to a grocery store, with a big bakery cafe located in the ground floor of the same building. There was a bit of a scrum to get the free parking. But it worked out for us. The online check-in instructions were a bit off... we did not need to use the check-in machine at all. But it is not fair to the hotel to slam it in reviews because someone did not realize that it is a robohotel...

Nice hotel close to the center of Mönchengladbach. Friendly personel and very helpful. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and is not serving breakfast. Instead they've made a deal with the bakery on the ground floor. Here you can buy your breakfast and choose from lots of different sandwiches, thee, coffee and orange juice. Very cozy hotel! Rooms are nice and the staff is very nice too. The food at the restaurant is great! However, the restaurant is only open Tuesday through Sunday but breakfast is every day.

My sister and I went to Mönchengladbach without booking anything, so we were happy to find a place this close to the centre of Mönchengladbach. Everything was perfect, the owner was very nice. Rooms are clean and big and there is free WiFi. What more can you wish for!

A very nice hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere, characterized by lots of wood. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. We ate very well there.
