3 rooms perfect for one night. Showers very powerful and towels a decent size..
Beds comfortable and clean.
Parking easy. Check in straightforward once I got going 😊

The room and the location was good. There is no complain about the hotel itself. Netto is right opposite the hotel. I always find it good to have a departmental store nearby. The bus station is in 2-3 min walk. Just I think that the bus is never on time in Mönchengladbach.
There is a Cafeteria beside the hotel. Good to have your morning coffee. Inside the hotel a sitting area with some food/drinks option would be nice. Anyway, I am okay with it.

This was a hard hotel to access we arrived late after a long journey, not manned at early hours in the morning we had difficulty logging into our rooms via the access machine and our phone, others were struggling also.
We had spoken to someone on the phone previous to our arrival who told us assessing would be possible, that person was polite and made us feel at ease.
After what seemed like a long time we managed to access only 1 of our 2 rooms we had booked, and despite our difficulties, we found the room to be clean and comfortable despite 5 of us sharing a double bed, and sleeping on thr floor.
Parking was free
And the rooms were cheap, which incomparison to other places made the loss of 1 room bearable.
Nearby cafe was a good stop for an enjoyable coffee and something to eat
If you are savvy with using a phone or a computerised machine, then it's a good place to stay.
If you are ageing , like us, and not up to
technology, then pay a little more and stay in a place that is manned 24/7
The bed was comfortable, and the room had its own shower and toilet, paperwork showed us how to park the car for free

Clean new robohotel next to a grocery store, with a big bakery cafe located in the ground floor of the same building. There was a bit of a scrum to get the free parking. But it worked out for us. The online check-in instructions were a bit off... we did not need to use the check-in machine at all. But it is not fair to the hotel to slam it in reviews because someone did not realize that it is a robohotel. So I went with five stars instead of the intended four... since the bed was a bit flat... so as to even out the scoring.

Nice hotel close to the center of Mönchengladbach. Friendly personel and very helpful. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and is not serving breakfast. Instead they've made a deal with the bakery on the ground floor. Here you can buy your breakfast and choose from lots of different sandwiches, thee, coffee and orange juice. The rooms on the main road are loud, so they provide earplugs. I didn't need it myself, but still, it is available. They also have rooms on the other side, where you have the parking lot and a supermarket. On the first floor is a gym. Doesn't belong to the hotel, but you can go there with a special rate. So in short, if you need a place to sleep, go there! All the other things arw in walking distance.

Clean and modern rooms. Excellent value for money for an overnight stopover. Very attentive and friendly receptionist. Is true that rooms are on the small side though.
