A truly relaxing experience. We probably went there on a calm weekend (not many clients were there), and had a great time at the spa. The buffets were delicious and the staff was lovely. We will come back for another gateway.

All the staff are friendly. The environment and atmosphere are very nice and relaxed. It's good to have a small holiday here or have a company event here.

We have been here for the second year in a row. The location right next to the lake is beautiful. We had connecting rooms which made our friends trip so much fun. We love the spa and wellness. We booked massages before we got there, which is a big recommendation. The food is great and local. We already booked our trip for next year.

We love the resort. We come there a lot. The kids love the outdoors pools and the food. Rooms are getting but old but the place is fabulous and service is amazing.

The hotel part was nice. Housekeeping was thorough and we loved the bar! They only messed up two separate appointments (of me and my friend) at the spa and weren't able to compensate us for the inconveniences. Make sure you triple confirm (apparently double confirmation isn't enough) and that they write down your appointments on a card. We didn't get to enjoy the spa as we planned.

It was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful and serene with walking in every direction. The rooms were very clean and the views of the river were very green and lush. There were many walking and biking trails to enjoy. The food was delicious from the morning buffets to the tasty dinners. Staff were very kind and gracious. Service, and particularly the food are quite wonderful. Be aware that this is not a modern buildings so accessibility is an issue if you have limited mobility. Otherwise though, a really friendly and warm feel to the hotel.

A great place to stay and enjoy the pool. The staff were very friendly - even packing us breakfast because we had to leave early to catch a train. The dining area is really great for kids because they can check out the fish and turtles in the pond while waiting for food. The bowling alley was also a family favorite.

Had a very pleasant stay. Clean and spacious double room with couch, desk and flatscreen tv. German channels only. Wi-fi was good. Nice colourful clean bathroom, shower was good and hot but not that roomy. Free soap, lots of towels. Dinner was good, the breakfast was just perfect. The crew was very friendly and helpful, what a treat!

Centrally located hotel in Neuruppin. Even if the outside view is kept rather simple, I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. It has a perfectly adequate size for 2 people. Both the room and the bathroom were in perfect clean condition. The only point of criticism was the fact that the double bed consisted of two single beds, so that there was a gap between the beds every now and then.

A very pleasant hotel in a lovely location just along Neuruppin's main street. The courtyard is lush and green, and breakfast plentiful. The service was friendly, the only negative is the restricted opening hours for the reception, though you are able to come and go at will once you have keys.

We had a wonderful evening dining at the lakeside Biergarten. Our group was large and our waitress was fantastic despite the size of our party. The food was also excellent.

The hotel is a fantastic experience, people are very friendly and welcome. The hotel restaurant is offering delicious food and during staying i have tested a lot of their dishes. Great location near the lake and walking distance to central city. October 2020.

everything is perfectly fine and charming in this hotel, the people are very nice, the situation with the lake view is the best you can get in the region, the food is really, really, really good, with well chosen products, which is a rarety in Germany - and the prices, considering the quality, are really modest.

Very nice restaurant located on the bank of the lake, with great views. There is a Biergarten outside the restaurant which surely makes it a very appealing place for warm summer nights. The food is not very tasty, however, the staff makes the impression that you have of Fun at work. A small Smile hurts no one.

If someone was born for the job, then it's Franziska Wagner. Her dedication to the guests is unique. Everything is furnished with attention to detail in an English style. The breakfast cannot be beat.

We felt very well looked after by the Wagner family. Starting with the friendly welcome, through the excellent equipment and size of the room, to the excellent breakfast, excursion and culinary tips, surrounded by lovely details and tasteful furnishings. A beautiful corner with the real spirit of Old Prussian Gloria. The dishes are not many, but really tasty. But I have to warn everyone who wants to come with small children. The audience in the restaurant is not used to the children. The staff was nice and helpful, the other visitors were not ready for children's screams and neither we nor they felt comfortable. A very quiet spot.

We were in this restaurant on 01/10/2023 in the evening. The waitress' welcome was very friendly, thank you very much! We ordered the liver with mashed potatoes and roulade with Brussels sprouts instead of red cabbage. Swapping was no problem. The food was very tasty, the portion size was great. We'd love to come back! :-)

The knuckle of pork didn't have much to do with Prussian good middle-class cuisine, it was a ready-made product from the discounter, quickly warmed up, with sauerkraut and pea puree there isn't that much to do wrong. The service was very attentive. Conclusion: As with almost all tourist places, out of sight, out of mind.

I was here twice and both times were excellent, I would say the service friday lunchtime was better the dark haired waitress was patient , took time to explain and was personable. The food is truly brilliant, I will 100% make the trip to eat here again

Small friendly hotel. Good location to explore the place relaxed on foot. We were satisfied with our rooms. Everything you need and also clean. Breakfast ok. Something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Parking spaces available everywhere free of charge. We'd love to come back again.

The best location ever .. such delicious food for a small price magically prepared !! and very friendly staff and the garden was very nicely laid out with lots of small seating areas. We were able to reserve a table at short notice. In the garden you can sit beautifully in cozy niches and hedges. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food tasted very good and was presented very nicely. I missed a small salad as a side dish. Nevertheless: Absolutely recommendable! I would eat there again anytime.

Have had dinner there several times and always had good service. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to relax there without being attacked by hundreds of wasps. Really annoying. Very nice view. St as if mostly friendly. Totally overpriced. Food was good the first night then really not good (fish tasted of absolutely nothing). Rooms OK, not the cleanest due to carpets that need replacing.

This is a great place in just an hour drive North from Berlin. I highly recommend renting a weekend house and maybe stay for the whole week, enjoying the home-office;) Beautiful place, very cozy and the Rheinsberg town is a comfortable 20 minutes walk away. They have some nice dinner options. Enjoy while you can!
