Very good hotel with 1 dedicated spot for EVs, located 30 minute-drive from Wittstock.
Clean room with clean bathroom and linens. Comfy bed. One good pillow and one not so good.

A good place stay if you just need somewhere to stay. Not super duper but nice enough
Not really the case here. Though I think that the chef is likely as described, with deep roots in local ingredients. Nothing stands out positively, though little disappoints much. However the bread would struggle to sell at lidl. The rest is middle of the road preparation of better than average ingredients.
It's as reliable as a German chef making German food...just not remarkable.
