Our stay was wonderful with the only negative thing being, not having a longer stay! We're an American couple new to Germany and living in Düsseldorf, so this was a perfect anniversary trip after visiting Mainz. The scenery and ambiance were relaxing and romantic, food was fresh and tasty, wine was great, and service was fantastic. Very clean rooms and beautiful grounds.

Wonderful views and lovely room - would have loved to enjoy it more if it wasn’t for me only being there for 16 hours 🥴

We booked the special occasion called ,Genussgipfel mit Nils Henkel, and it was a very pleasing stay. Smooth check-in, friendly and helpful staff, a dinner menu worty of a Michelin two star Chef aspiring for three, with a superb wine matching. Full points from us.

The wine and the dinne were fantastic, fist time in my life a eat wine soup and icecream, will go back for that and for the peacefull scenary.

Overjoyed staff, very accommodating and flexible. Hotel is in the middle of the forest, very quiet location, large cozy terrace and a large parking lot at the house. The Rheinsteig hiking trail leads right past it. The bus stop is only about 200m away. Perfect to really relax.

Simple, clean and comfortable rooms with views of the river. Very kind staff, they even invited us to beers! Very good breakfast. Excellent location, next to thw ferry. Totally recommended.

Very familiar and very nice. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished. There are play areas for children in the garden. The breakfast was also very rich. Here I would have liked a little more "meatless" selection (or that the fruit is not necessarily on sausage). But that is the only small point of criticism. Furnishing in all respects with attention to detail. We didn't feel like in the hotel, but more like in the living room at home. Clean, friendly staff at breakfast. We would be happy to come back!

So peaceful and beautiful at the same time! This is the perfect location for us to start our holiday. The rooms were clean, large and nicely decorated. The food was amazing. We ate dinner and breakfast. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming to our dogs. We will be back every time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful time with the Krancher family in Rüdesheim am Rhein. Our room was newly renovated, modernly furnished and very clean. We also really enjoyed the accommodation near the vineyards and the hospitality in the inn and can highly recommend the food, be it in the morning or in the evening, as well as the wine! Old hotel, close to the street, old facilities and decoration. Isolation between rooms not good, we could here the TV next room. Breakfast is also not waouh. Wellness area is good.

I stayed here on October 31st last year, it was only one night before i dropped a camper back off. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful in regards to where i could park the camper over night, My room was on the top floor over looking the main road and i couldnt here any noise from my room. The pool is also excellent, its only little but it was relaxing. Very close to the centre of town...

Staff is very friendly, the breakfast ist good, with bread, selected ham and cheese, jams, honey, fish, juices, coffee, tea. Our room was very clean, but it's quite loud with the hotel being next to a busy road. Ask for a room more in the back of the hotel, they'll probably have some rooms left. The hotel has a small wellness section, but it's only for a few guests at a time. Sauna is also only open...

The staff were superb and so welcoming. Our room was perfectly good and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit cosy but that wasn’t a problem. The restaurant attached was superb and I had the best Argentinian steak I’ve ever eaten. We would definitely stay again .

Really enjoyed my stay here. Welcoming friendly staff. Lovely room. Good food in restaurant. As a vegetarian I was very well catered for. Chef/owner discussed my preferences with me! Only slight downside is there's no bar area to sit in. There is a lovely beer garden & the service is good. Would recommend if you are in the Rhine region.

Really cannot complain about this hotel. Bedroom decor is a bit stuck in the 80's but very clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Dinner was included and was always good. They made great efforts to accommodate the dietary requirements for my husband, without making a fuss. Staff very efficient and pleasant.

This is a lovely, friendly, family run hotel. Good central position. Rooms are well equipped, some with balconies. Food is lovely - home cooked local dishes. Restaurant is licensed but there is no bar although guests can use the beer garden in summer. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved Rüdesheim and Hotel Altedeutsche Weinstube! This small hotel is gorgeous, beautifully maintained and the staff is helpful, kind and welcoming! Breakfast is wonderful! Be sure to go on the "Ring Tour," and if you are visiting during the summer, Rüdesheim's outdoor swimming pool is immaculate and perfect for families!

Beautiful old hotel with nice rooms and very clean. All the furnishings in the room seemed very new. The staff was very friendly and wonder breakfast. I wish there was a tea kettle in the room and a nicer view.

We stayed here last week for five nights. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Wonderful room at the top of the hotel, spacious and clean. Outstanding breakfast especially the scrambled eggs and a very good selection of food and friendly staff. A short walk to the shops and Christmas market. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. Check-in and reception were wonderfully nice and helpful, with good communication before we even arrived. Booked two apartments and a double room for a long weekend. It was a family get together to celebrate my younger brothers 50th birthday. Clean and comfortable. Great location. BUT!! The Management where very rude and aggressive!!! Would not recommend or stay there again!!

Family-run Hotel. Good access roads and Parking directly in front of the door. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the Drosselgasse. The clean and well-maintained-room was furnished with good quality furniture stylish. A noise-free bed with a top mattress, as well as a good door and good window brought a peaceful sleep. Cute, clean hotel in a good part of town. The room was tiny, as expected for the low price, but also really nicely furnished and very clean. The only downside was the cost of wifi--8 Euro for one hour or 12 Euro for the 5 hours *or* 200 mb, whichever you hit first. I used my 200 mb in just three hours of normal internet use (I was planning the next leg of my trip). The hotel staff person didn't...

This place is GREAT and the perfect location. Every guest has a plate with your name on it at YOUR table every morning. Jessica answered all of our questions and made our stay feel very special. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in one of the hotel's Comfort rooms, and it was wonderful. Clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. And the location of the hotel was ideal... a 5-minute walk to most of Rudesheim's main spots. We loved coming back to the hotel each day.

Great boutique hotel / BNB. Our room was large enough, nice and renovated / updated, and the air conditioning worked great in the summer. The staff were very helpful with local tips and around the hotel. The breakfast was very good with great service at an affordable price. The location was great, a few minutes from the center of the old town but on a quieter street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spent 2 very pleasant nights here. Made to feel very welcome. Room was nice size and lovely high pressure shower. All needed when stepping off the Rheinsteig. Breakfast was very good. Location beside a beautiful church and close to many bars and sights. Would certainly recommend.

I wouldn't book the hotel again! For a total of around EUR 170 per night, I would have expected air conditioning. At breakfast there was canned fruit salad, on Sunday at 8:30 there was no more bacon for scrambled eggs and the scrambled eggs had probably been there for a long time. With the wine festival it was very loud until well after 1:00 in the morning and because of the lack of air conditioning...

This is a fantastic hotel, situated close to the centre with great traditional restaurants and bars. Located close to the river for boat trips, cable car rides. They have a fascination with ducks. If the weather is hot ask receptionist for a fan for your room. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff cannot do enough to please.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Trapp! Super convenient location, walking distance to all Rudesheim attractions. Breakfast is included and offered a delicious variety of continental breakfast items and German specialties. We stayed for two nights and our room was kept clean and the view outside our room was priceless. FYI if your room faces the church as ours did, the bells begin ringing at 6am...

The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was one of the most friendly I've ever encountered period I truly felt welcome. The rooms were also a good size in the bathroom was very modern period my only surprise was our our 'view' (promised either a streetview or a Riverview and we got a flat roof view) however this did not affect our stay and we had a wonderful time. 😊

This was just okay place to visit Rüdesheim. Family-owned and just the amount of rustique and authenticity for a few days. Not too fancy and the breakfast was okay although basic one. Maybe they still could upgrade their beds and mattresses...

Decent hotel in a very touristic German village. We felt very welcome, the staff awaited us with a free glass of wine and the breakfast was very good. Hotel even provided very tasty gluten free options. The room was nice and tide, but the bathroom was quite tight. All in all, we had a good experience.

Good hotel in the old part of the city. Rooms were clean. We were greeted with a welcome wine. Also, you can buy wines at a discount from the Hotel's own wine shop. Lots of eating options available at a walkable distance. Breakfast buffet was good and nothing to complain about. Places of interest are at a walking distance.

Stopped in for a late lunch and drinks. Great service but with no AC it was difficult to stay and enjoy atmosphere. I'll visit again in cooler months.

The jagerschnitzel was not the best I have ever head. But the other stuff looked great! I would recommend the jagerschnitzel but my wife got a vegetarian dish and it was delicious!!

Staff was friendly. Not many outlets in our room. We had to choose between charging our phones or keeping the fan on. It was very hot even at night. But apparently Europe has been unusually hot so I don't think that it's normally a problem. I will say it is a gorgeous building and patio!

We had our afternoon tea here: mint tea, ice-chocolate, warm chocolate cake, fresh cooked waffles with ice cream and hot raspberry sauce...everything was delicious, the environment was nice and clean, the seats were comfortable, the price was pretty reasonable, also the service was very good !

The hotel offered a very good price performance ratio. A special highlight is the very polite staff especially in the mornings at breakfast. One drawback is however that some of the rooms get notably warm during hot summer days and usually the is no measure available to solve this weather dependent issue.

Location directly on the Rhine. The interior is new. Partially not yet completed. Our room was in the rear Annex building and was very large (about 35 sqm). The room was very clean. Many renovation works have been carried out very unprofessionally, "What is fitting". A window was broken. The room is very noisy. It was unbearably hot in the room, especially in the bathroom. No single mattress, therefore...

The rooms are perfectly clean, the equipment is mixed, some eighties, some very modern, but it is very convenient to us very clean and tidy. The doorman is very friendly and very accommodating. The location is a dream directly on the banks of the Rhine. A stone's throw to the city centre. As measured by the price perfectly in order. We paid for the double room 88€.

So enjoyed our stay here. Carina was wonderful at the front desk, she couldn't do enough for us while we were there. Hotel location was ideal everything was a stones throw away.

Hotel is in good location, great view, and next to KD cruise stop. However, it comes with noise from the street, train, car and restaurants. The parking staff is wonderful.

A very friendly family owned hotel in the middle of Rudesheim. Next to the funicular station as well as several restaurants. We had a comfortable and quiet stay there. The only complaint was the limited breakfast choices. Would stay here again

Stayed in the wine barrel room. Amazing experience, but only for a night. It was very hot in there, and people kept walking by as the door is basically facing the parking area (so almost no privacy). Still, lovely hotel.

The restaurant is pretty nice. It had a band for live music, the waitress was super kind and helping out with gluten free options. The wine was very good and the food was tasty. Prices, however, are a bit higher than average German restaurants.

The staff at Lindenwirt are very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we experienced on our holiday. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Whilst the location is central, the live entertainment nearby kept us awake until around midnight on two occasions.

Great stay. We really enjoyed the wine barrel room. If you are under 6ft wall the bed will be just fine they are a bit narrow and not that tall. I’m 5’5” and there was plenty of extra room. Water pressure in the shower was superb

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Lindenwirt. The room was comfortable, the location is excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I did not stay as a guest of the hotel, so can only review the restaurant, which I've rated as 4 stars since I'm unable to rate as 3.5. The food selection and preparation was agreeable, but it was a little pricey. The atmosphere in the evenings, on the weekend at least, was pleasant and lively.

We had such a nice stay in this hotel. The hotel is family owned and run. The owners were ever so helpful, nice and accommodating! In the morning they serve a nice light breakfast with soft boiled eggs and a plate of cold cuts and cheeses. A great way to start the day. The rooms were comfortable and clean. This was a great stay and we really enjoyed it!

Hotel right on the main street. Easy access except that parking is limited and if you don't book ahead of time (which when we booked the rooms, it just said to book parking when you arrive), you'll end up in a lot nearby that is 15 euro/day.
