The hotel's exterior is quite ordinary, a bit dated and unremarkable, and noticeably different from the Ctrip hotel page (the pictures are from a different time). The location is good, just a short walk from the KD ferry. However, upon arriving, the hotel entrance was wide open, the interior dim, and the front desk was empty. I followed the directions, found the restaurant, and then continued to follow the directions until I found the front desk. The staff, all of whom were of color, didn't even look at my passport, just gave me my name and handed me a key (not an access card). Then, back to the building where the front desk was empty, I carried my luggage up a few stairs, then the elevator, and then another few stairs. There were earplugs on the bed in my room, and the window was open. The train tracks were right in front, but the view was nice. When I unzipped the balcony chair, I saw a ton of spider silk. Looking again, I saw at least three or four spiders. I wondered how long it had been since anyone had sat on the balcony. 😂 At night, the hotel entrance remained wide open, and I didn't have to swipe my card to get into the elevator (and there wasn't one available), which made the security situation seem a bit iffy. At night, the Irish pub next door was bustling with people drinking and chatting outside until midnight. 😭 In addition to the hotel's location, breakfast is the highlight of the Victoria 2, with a rich variety and good. In short, this is a hotel similar to a B&B, so don't expect anything. If you look at it by one or two star standards, you may not be disappointed.

The hotel is located on Rüdesheimer Strasse, just a few minutes' walk from the cruise ship. However, Google Maps navigation leads you to the back entrance. The front door is the restaurant, so walk straight in. The reception is just behind it. The rooms are small and the facilities are basic.

Room is very Clean . Great Location! Quiet too! Friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast, great value for Money. The Breakfast room has a great view of Rhein! Feel so relaxed here. Will definitely come back. I had am wonderful time here.
