The hotel was fantastic. We had some very fine days in Sellin. The restaurant at the hotel - both for breakfast and dinner - was excellent.

Hotel with breathtaking sea view, 5 min walk down to the beach and promenade. Had a reasonable spacious and very modern single room: comfortable bedding with 3 (!) different cushions, mini fridge. Well equipped gym. Indoor pool spaciously. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and welcoming. In off-season a great deal!!

Amazing experience! The service is really so friendly and professional. Food is delicious and the menu is somehow creative. They put effort in making great side dishes. Must try!

Great holiday. First of all, the very friendly staff and the varied breakfast, as well as the hotel complex itself, are very convincing. We were only bothered by small things in the room, but otherwise we would definitely recommend! It was a really good holiday.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were very attentive and friendly. The whole place was excellent. Situated on the "main" street of Sellin. approx 5 minutes to the beach/promenade, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Supermarket and train station- 10 minutes. The hotel has bikes you can rent also. A great location for a relaxing break in a quiet little town.

A wonderful place to stay and relax. Director and Owners are very kind hearted persons. A beautiful ❤️ memorable experience. A must visit place in Sellin. And a very pleasant ambiance.

We only went to their restaurant Toujours and I couldn't be more amazed. It was one of the best flammkuchen I ever ate. From the balance of flavours to the crispy dough and the staff was super friendly.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, very well-kept area. Mrs. Rower personally greets all guests. We felt completely at ease and pampered - thank you so much for a wonderful short holiday. Unfortunately there is no drinks menu... just a huge wine list.

This was our first visit to Roewers and we really enjoyed it. Everything just fits here. Friendly and polite staff, excellent spa with professional massages. You can't describe food, you have to experience it. We will definitely be back and have already booked a room for October. Thank you for two wonderful days.

Simply amazing hotel. Everything was amazing. Great staff, great room, great balcony. The free breakfast was enormous. Everything from sausage and bacon to tons of different breads to eggs to meats and cheeses. Overall, I believe it is one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Room was good, big and spacious. The hotel room we got was very near to beach. Nice location. Friendly staff, and nice stay. The car parking (You have to pay extra) lot was just behind the building, so very comfortable. Breakfast was good, limited options for vegetarians. But, not a problem, you can be full. Wifi signal was poor in room, and I say, it was not working inside !

Th location of the hotel is its best asset. Some items would deserve a brush- up and some prices , e.g. for wellness, seem to be too high. But at the end of the day we had a great time there.

We got a room pretty last minute (3 weeks prior). Our room was spacious but the furniture and interior design appeared out dated, even a little like different pieces were thrown together and did not really match. There were nails in the wall that supposed to have a picture hung up on. You had to ask for room service. The breakfast was buffet style - during corona times not the best option for safety...

A week's room with a sea view in October 2021 left nothing to be desired. A well thought-out concept, very friendly staff, delicious varied food and an ingenious view of the pier and the Baltic Sea ensured relaxation and well-being. Clear recommendation from us and many thanks to the owners and their staff. We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our time in Wald hotel. Comfy beds, modern decoration, a correct breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with all information of sellin and transports. The only thing we missed a bit was the possibility to have some tea in the room before sleep.

We where there for dinner and had two fish soup's which where not so really tasty and cold. We can't recommend it for dinner. It was okay but not good.

Lovingly run hotel away from the other hustle and bustle of the town's visitors. The view of the lake cannot be quite compared with the Baltic Sea itself, but since it is only 900 m away from the hotel, this is exactly the right place for guests for whom this walk is not an obstacle and who are still looking for peace and quiet to spend the night . First of all, thank you Ms. Müller for your patience on our arrival! The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location on the lake and is still only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is great and the service nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious only the furniture (closet and desk) is a bit old. Nice town

Stayed with my mum. The room was nice. But the breakfast was outstanding. 5 Stars! Great selection and staff very attentive. There is a mini train very near the hotel which is free of charge.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a large selection of hot (sausage, bacon, eggs) and cold breakfast foods (bread, fruit, ham, cheese, yoghurt, small cakes, etc). Originally we booked breakfast for one day but extended it to have breakfast every day as it was perfect for adults and children alike and worth the price.

The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. Parking is included but VERY sparse and the lot is quite tricky. The floors squeak so if you can handle all the stairs, ask for a room on the top floor or else you will hear every step taken by the guests above you. The WiFi works best in the lobby and even then is still not super fast. But it's clean, convenient to the beach, and the staff all speak...
