Really nice place. Very near to the train station. Friendly staff. (Just one guy speaks English) Okayish breakfast Really nice balcony. Clean.

Very nice hotel with a big parking lot. Renewed rooms are clean and quiet. Friendly and nice staff. In the middle of the island. Beaches are ~15 min by car. Decent breakfast.

A nice choice of place to stay in Rugen. The hotel is quite nicely done and the location is in a good location as well. The personnel are really polite and helpful, the food offered is high quality and diverse, and there are alot of amenities at your disposal in the hotel. All I can give is a positive feedback!

Everything, room's are very nice and comfortable

We came very late at night with a small baby The team was very helpful and arranged us everything very fast The restaurant waiter helped with sterilization of thr baby's bottles and the food at breakfast was very good. The bed is huge (200*200) so even though they gave us mattress for baby we let him sleep with us.

It would be easier to travel around in Rugen with a car.

5 star rating for the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The menu offers a great selection of regional and high-quality dishes. Our 3 courses were beautifully presented and very tasty. We didn't have to wait long for our orders. The ambience is appealing. We will be back.

Nice location, well maintained property. Cozy restaurant with good breakfast buffet. We stayed in the 2nd floor Sued room. The room’s door is in the stairway it is ver loud in the early morning since the service entrance of the hotel is at the bottom of the staircase. A better, soundproof door would probably help here. No parking on premises but lots of parking some 100m away.

Very pleasant hotel, friendly service, clean rooms and very good breakfasts.

Very nice ambience, very good service, but unfortunately a very short menu with only 6 dishes in total for starters and desserts. The dishes are good, but there is still a need for an extra choice for vegetarians and standards.

The most important part of the hotel is really the restaurant. Every day different with new beautiful dishes. Excellent wine list with reasonably priced wines. The location is very quiet and with a large garden and an extensive sauna with Turkish bath in the lower floor, you can stay here in peace. The service is great and personal. The rooms are stylish with modern bathrooms.

Absolutely fantastic place and highly recommended for awesome food and great service. We expected good food with great atmosphere and we became way more. Go for it if you have the chance

We have been coming to the Pension zum Schlossgarten for many years now. Also this time (14.08.-17.08.22) we were fully satisfied as always. Starting with the welcome, the good care during our stay (along with the fulfillment of special requests), to the breakfast and the warm farewell, there were no complaints. Even at the evening stop at the restaurant, nothing was left to be desired. We'll be back...

We are always given a warm welcome, cared for and a small friendly chat is always possible, despite the tense staff situation. The breakfast is always lovingly prepared and always tastes very good. Wonderful experience and magical atmosphere. Walking in the castle garden is beautiful as well as enjoying the relaxing spaces of the hotel. Absolutely recommended!

We landed at this castle hotel after 1400 km of driving from our home in western Switzerland. The hotel was constructed in the previous 19th century castle at the end of the 20th century, and our room, partly located below ground levels, did not appear to have been renovated since. The beds were hard like an old Mercedes-Benz car seat and you had to battle with the shower cabin doors to avoid the water...

Great Hotel. Wonderful library, and the breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit and a cereal and seeds bar. The rooms are well kept, everything was cleaned and the staff was really friendly. I also enjoy the wellness and spa area. The spa is small but was in really good shape and there was complementary tea 🫖. We’re definitely coming back.

Best place to stay on the island of Rügen!

A beautiful place, with a great view, that everyone should see!

The staff was excellent. We asked at least two different people how to get to the white chalk beaches and they were very helpful. Even when we came back for more help they went above and beyond to help us.

Whilst it was a quick visit this time I do plan to return and get more acquainted with the place. First impressions, nice place to waste a few hours on a Sunday afternoon!

My experience in Hotel due Nord was great. They were so kind, respectfully, professional and with attention to detail. The best of all was the kitchen, delicious dishes. A gastronomical pleasure, simply excellent!!!

We needed a place to stay on Rügen at short notice, which was almost hopeless in the main season. When I asked Mr. Schuldt (ruegenmagic), he took care of it immediately and we were allowed to spend 2 wonderful days in a nicely furnished and clean apartment in Glowe (close to the beach). Had already made a very good experience here, do not know a portal whose operator is so familiar on the island and in the accommodations. It was a holiday apartment, very nice landlord and the whole organization and scheduling worked perfectly. Good price performance ratio. Also H. Schuldt has taken care of very nice. Again any time. Rügen is always worth a visit

Very, very nice place with fantastic staff

Nicely located in the edge of Rügen, however you can reach most of the 'important' locations within 20 min by car. Clean blocks, nicely equiped rooms and dog-friendly, good prices, I can only recommend.
