Very friendly staff! They kept the reception open a bit longer for us so we could still check-in and at that moment even took the time to connect with our dog (which is difficult and takes patience). Would definitely recommend this place and whenever traveling in the area I’ll stay here.

We staid for a weekend, and it was more than pleasant! The rooms were spacious and clean. The service and the breakfast were excellent! Thanks a lot for the hospitality!

The location is the big plus and the price was alright too, but the hotel itself, well. As many others have said, it's in need for a renovation. I had a room with the depressing view of the backyard. Rooms only get cleaned on request, despite staying there for a week. The locks are flimsy and the walls thin.

Excellent! Just would give 10 Stars . Or 100. I came here for the 3. Time . I was here also in the Lockdown time . It was always so good. Every staff member is so helpful, friendly and cute. We always felt so welcomed. Whatever we ask, there is always a way. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing, Prices are fairly. Thank you guys for this restfully stay here in Dormero.

The hotel is ok, a little noisy in the morning. The restaurant doesn’t offer any vegan option what so ever to eat. I don’t know how difficult is to put a plate full with vegetables together. The joke in the candy left in the bad is totally unnecessary, not funny and without purpose.

Nice hotel, modern and simple, but with everything you need included (movies, mini bar, fitness...). My go-to hotel in Plauen.

It was amazing,(it is, because I am still here :)) ) But the food, the room, the clean and the staff from this hotel, are amazing! 5 stars for everything! It's near by the center (1-2 minutes) the center it is amazing also! People from this town are nice!

The restaurant is either understaffed or the staff in place is really inefficient... Started when we arrived, we waited for about 10 minutes standing in the doorway. It seems that to make a 90s show of a flamed meat was more important than taking 15 seconds to send us to a table... Each time some new customer arrived it was a drama, with waiter rolling their eyes and acting like it would be impossible...

Excellent! We love this hotel and stay every year when on the long way. Comfortable rooms, excellent staff, great breakfast, convenient parking.

Our staying here was perfect, thank you. Personnel is very friendly and responsive. Very good breakfast. Room was clean. For us all was okay. Just one disadvantage - sleeping mattresses and pillows are not comfortable.

Tue Location is in zur near of zur utrainstation. Rooms are Friendly decorated and Not to an all.the Service is welcomend and Vers Friendly.

My first impression of the hotel is good. Good entrance, lots of free parking places in the street and close to the city center if you want to visit. The WiFi is from time to time not responding and quite slow, but overall good. I got the junior suite room which is slightly bigger with a seat and a small desk. The kettle is in the middle of the desk, which is a bit unhandy. What I really really miss...

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and the service was excellent! The hotel is on a convenient location and there were enough parking places in the garage or in the street. The room is good equipped and spacious. Nice breakfast and good lounge were we enjoyed an evening drink. I left something in my room when checking out, but it was send to me by post in good condition. As said, excellent service

This hotel is modern and comfortable, breakfast has many options and the bar, although it opens only a few hours, is well stocked. Staff is usually very nice. Check-in process is a bit slow and painful, but overall my staus here are always good

Because our friends live in Plauen and we wanted to spend our honeymoon with them, we came across them and have not regretted it. Right at the beginning we learned that we would get the room with the large corner bath. With big eyes we entered our little kingdom for a few days. Very nice place to stay. Located in the heart of Plauen, this smal hotel offers clean, quiet and cozy rooms for a very attractive price. The owner are very friendly and very keen. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As everyone else has said, great location, fair price, very nice room, but the biggest highlight for us was the excellent service and the lovely breakfast! Breakfast is a small extra fee but absolutely worth it, you should do it.

Very nice and clean small hotel. The personell is friendly and the chief served us an excelent combo of duck&cabage slowly cooked in the oven. Yummy!

The room is nice and clean and it could have been a nice stay, but the heating is not working and I feel like I sleep in an igloo! I woke up in 3am freezing! At the evening I told the receptionist the heating is not working in my room, she checked in her system and said it should work. We agreed to wait a little longer and to chat in 30 min. I came back to reception 20 min later but no one was there...

Everything is neat and clean, nice balcony to relax on when there is coffee in the room P.S: the back garden could be cleared of huge weeds and everything would be perfect

Opposite dilapidated houses but in the hotel everything was very modern, quiet and up to date. Very clean and nothing to be missed. I can only recommend!

The three of us spent a nice weekend here. Very nicely decorated and inexpensive. Everything was clean and tidy.

The place is amazing! Everything was perfect from the beginning and we had a hard time saying goodbye to Plauen. The hosts were extremely polite and answered every question we had, the check in went smoothly and the apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. We will come back for sure!
