This hotel has a unique charm—it feels like Rococo style transported into the 21st century. The decor in the hall is definitely eye-catching. Breakfast is okay, and there’s a lady working there who is very kind, maybe even a bit too kind. She asks if you slept well, which is a nice touch, but sometimes I just wanted to enjoy my breakfast in peace.
One thing that really annoyed me was when I took a big glass to get some water from the bottle next to the juice, and she almost yelled at me, insisting that the glass wasn’t meant for juice. I told her I needed it for water, not juice—which was true. I mean, who really cares what type of glass you use?!
Aside from that, our room was nice, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception was super friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

The hotel had its good days many years ago, but still can offer spacious rooms, good breakfast choice and very good price to value ratio.
Unfortunately, if you arrive late, there are no possibilities to buy groceries nearby and almost all restaurants are closed in the evening...

Nice hotel central, but very odd furniture and decor. Glued details to make the room look fancy and antique. Same with furniture etc. Very odd! But otherwise good, clean and nice breakfast

They employed in the restaurant some Middle Eastern man who is very rude and totally unprofessional. He can’t speak even German!!! His attitude was horrible. I left immediately with out having a food . Who is employing them ???? Unbelievable.
The hotel is about 2 star . Old dated . Decor and everything. , mattress very old with hols and must be thrown away . Impossible to sleep . No value for money at all !!!!!!

Hello Dear Booking Team,
I want to complain about my stay at Hotel Alexandra!
I booked through your website and the breakfast was included but the receptionist said I have to pay extra.
the whole experience was unfriendly and the room was uncomfortable and they didn't offer the described list your Website listed for example the same receptionist said they don't have bathrobe and he didn't even bother to follow up .
at the end he deducted the false amount of money from my card and I had to come back to correct the mistakes he wrote in the Receipt.

It was amazing,(it is, because I am still here :)) ) But the food, the room, the clean and the staff from this hotel, are amazing! 5 stars for everything! It's near by the center (1-2 minutes) the center it is amazing also! People from this town are nice!

Lovely cake available for breakfast. Proper dinner in traditional dining room. Our room was cool during spell of very humid weather. Staff were gracious and helpful.
