Very nicely located hotel with excellent wellness center. Everything is neat and tidy. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant is delicious and plentiful. We will visit this hotel again

Even the drive up to the hotel along the avenue was wonderful. The hotel is lovingly designed, the rooms are spacious and the food is varied. In addition to the treatments that can be booked, the spa with sauna and pool is ideal for relaxation and calm. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is attentive and always friendly. We are full of enthusiasm and are already thinking about when we will come again. Weekend girlfriends both aged 32 and 33

Than you for a lovely stay in your beautiful and peaceful hotel with surroundings.The staff in the reception as well as the cleaning ladies - and some of the waiters in the restaurant were all smiling and service minded. However, I have to point out the quality of service provided in the restaurant. For some of the waiters we had the impression of staying in an institution, being more of a nuisance than an appreciated quest in your hotel. Very strict commands and almost a smack on our fingers when we tried to serve ourselves some tea after dinner. Yes, I know you have signs in German not to take it ourselves, but it’s easy to miss when you’re not too strong in German. Perhaps the smiling and service minded staff can provide some training for the others? Also, when the weather is nice, why not lay the tables outdoor as you do in the restaurant?

Only went to the restaurant. The service was very nice, the location fabulous, BUT:
The food was mediocre at best. We were unfortunate enough to come on buffet day (apparently every Mon). The food was overcooked and much of it tasted like it came straight from a can. And for that it was VASTLY overpriced! Over €40 per person!! Won't be going back, unfortunately.

I did some research before booking, and it did not disappoint. It's a charming, older hotel off the beaten path of many of the other more touristy locations. The grounds were beautiful, rooms were clean, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful old hotel n spa. Grounds are beautiful. Outdoor barrel sauna is literally feet from the Baltic sea shore. It's mid September rainy and blustery pack according. Haven't been in the bar or had any food yet. On our way down now :)

Good food and kind personal. The rooms had no aircondition or ventilation what so ever. Change that bit and offer juniorsuites for familys more than four members with an opening door between them.

We spent a weekend here and very much enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. While the rooms may appear a little outdated, the generous breakfast and the cozy but decent spa area made up for that. There's plenty of parking and even a Tesla destination charger for EV drivers.
The location itself is a little distant from other bars and restaurants -- it comes with the upside that you'll be able to relax, though.

Restaurant at the hotel wasn't available for the guests that are staying at the hotel.
The staff at the hotel has zero communication skills, was irritated and couldn't handle the pressure.
The room card worked only half of the time.
Nice location to relax and go for walks, very nice sauna and swimming pool area.
