Than you for a lovely stay in your beautiful and peaceful hotel with surroundings.The staff in the reception as well as the cleaning ladies - and some of the waiters in the restaurant were all smiling and service minded. However, I have to point out the quality of service provided in the restaurant. For some of the waiters we had the impression of staying in an institution, being more of a nuisance...

Everything else :) the view, the quiet, the atmosphere, the food, the room, the staff. All good.

I did some research before booking, and it did not disappoint. It's a charming, older hotel off the beaten path of many of the other more touristy locations. The grounds were beautiful, rooms were clean, and staff very friendly and helpful.

We spent a weekend here and very much enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. While the rooms may appear a little outdated, the generous breakfast and the cozy but decent spa area made up for that. There's plenty of parking and even a Tesla destination charger for EV drivers. Beautiful location directly at the sea! Super friendly staff, flexible and humorous =) The dinner tastes great (we just ate fish), but there’s not much vegetarian offer. The breakfast is okay - nothing vegan, enough cheese for veggies ;) The rooms are quite simple - no water cooker and the windows don’t close properly (quite cold when it’s windy). We found this lovely spot while looking for a new hotel on Rügen. The rooms were clean and the grounds were nicely decorated. Everything was relatively new. The reception was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We would happily return.

We stayed at the Wreecher Hof for a week and felt very comfortable there. Delicious food, although the menu could be a bit more extensive. Very friendly staff, very well-kept grounds. A bit out of the way, but absolutely quiet. I would definitely spend my holiday there again.

I just visited the restaurant and I can say that I had a very good meal. The menu was well balanced and the food was good value for money. Thank you for the very friendly service, I will definitely be back.

My experience in Hotel due Nord was great. They were so kind, respectfully, professional and with attention to detail. The best of all was the kitchen, delicious dishes. A gastronomical pleasure, simply excellent!!!

Wir waren im Restaurant essen. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, die Bedienung war flink und freundlich und die Inneneinrichtung sollte man gesehen haben ! Kapitän Nemo lässt grüßen. Aber bitte Vorsicht bei der Zufahrt über die Brücke . Auch landschaftlich schön gelegen.

Thr hotel was very good, and the restaurant, febulous. The sorroundings, and the whole Rugen Island, impressive.

Jeder Ausflug auf die Insel Rügen führt uns zum Essen ins Restaurant Nautilus in Neukamp bei Putbus. Erlebnisgastronomie beeindruckend. Als Käme Käpten Nemo und Jules Verne zur Tür herein. Essen gut bürgerlich und köstlich, große Portionen.

Pretty stylish place, the interiors are well sustained in the spirit of Jules Verne's 20000 Leagues under the sea and Steampunk if you will. They seem to have a decent sound and disco lights there. Food is local and quite good (however I failed to find dishes inspired by the subj, wink). Staff's courteous and welcoming.

Food was very good. My wife had a steak and I had Jamaican ribs and it was simply delicious.

Totally worth the drive. We had a late lunch. Two rib eye steaks and some chicken nuggets for the kids. Quality of meat was great and the meat grilled perfectly med. rare. Definitely would recommend this spot.

I’ve been there for one night in the hotel. The room was ok, but the shower in the bath had mold and old spiderwebs in the corners. The breakfast buffet is great. Good stuff and enough for everyone. One can of coffee on each table is a good thing. In the restaurant I’ve tried a white wine spritzer... 4,90 is expensive :/

In late October, 2017, some friends and I gathered at this hotel's restaurant for dinner. The food and atmosphere were fine. One friend complained that self-purchased wine was forbidden, no corkage fee available.

The hotel is on the water's edge and one is lead to believe that dinner is served on the terrace/dining room with a view over the sea. This is not the case, at least out of season when the dining room is relocated to a basement room.

I found it very relaxing here. Everything really harmonized with each other. The breakfast was great and constantly replenished what was missing. The breakfast staff also fulfilled our every wish. The rooms are very clean and modernly furnished.

Very good location for many activities, starting point for boat trips and 100m away is the raging Roland and feeder to regional traffic.

All in all a good hotel. Basic WiFi with password only and unlimited devices. The breakfast is also varied and the room has a balcony where you could smoke. Downstairs in the hotel next to the breakfast room there is an Italian restaurant. I like everything very much.

What a wonderful place. On our arrival we we met with very friendly staff and the stilt-house we rented was very clean. We are already talking about going back in summer when there will be a lot more activities to do. We had the time to explore a small part of the island, and would like to see the rest.

A fabulous, unforgettable stay. Our flat was E type, flat 11 above the restaurant with view on the sea from...every single window ! Flat is modern and beautiful, with everything you need. We were there in the winter (February) and I am sure this place is amazing at any time during the year. I recommend it without a single doubt. Just stunning. Also, the staff was very nice !

Excellent, friendly, outstanding service. Due to private reasons we had to decline our reservation on very short notice. The Service team did everything to get the house booked again even though the contract was very clear that we have to pay. At the end: we got our money back without any effort from our side. The staff was excellent. We asked at least two different people how to get to the white chalk beaches and they were very helpful. Even when we came back for more help they went above and beyond to help us.

We needed a place to stay on Rügen at short notice, which was almost hopeless in the main season. When I asked Mr. Schuldt (ruegenmagic), he took care of it immediately and we were allowed to spend 2 wonderful days in a nicely furnished and clean apartment in Glowe (close to the beach). Had already made a very good experience here, do not know a portal whose operator is so familiar on the island and in the accommodations. A nice choice of place to stay in Rugen. The hotel is quite nicely done and the location is in a good location as well. The personnel are really polite and helpful, the food offered is high quality and diverse, and there are alot of amenities at your disposal in the hotel. All I can give is a positive feedback!

Everything, room's are very nice and comfortable

We came very late at night with a small baby The team was very helpful and arranged us everything very fast The restaurant waiter helped with sterilization of thr baby's bottles and the food at breakfast was very good. The bed is huge (200*200) so even though they gave us mattress for baby we let him sleep with us.

5 star rating for the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The menu offers a great selection of regional and high-quality dishes. Our 3 courses were beautifully presented and very tasty. We didn't have to wait long for our orders. The ambience is appealing. We will be back.

Nice location, well maintained property. Cozy restaurant with good breakfast buffet. We stayed in the 2nd floor Sued room. The room’s door is in the stairway it is ver loud in the early morning since the service entrance of the hotel is at the bottom of the staircase. A better, soundproof door would probably help here. No parking on premises but lots of parking some 100m away.

Very nice ambience, very good service, but unfortunately a very short menu with only 6 dishes in total for starters and desserts. The dishes are good, but there is still a need for an extra choice for vegetarians and standards.

The most important part of the hotel is really the restaurant. Every day different with new beautiful dishes. Excellent wine list with reasonably priced wines. The location is very quiet and with a large garden and an extensive sauna with Turkish bath in the lower floor, you can stay here in peace. The service is great and personal. The rooms are stylish with modern bathrooms.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and big. The only negative point, the romantic room didn't have much in common with the photo on the homepage. No curtains, four-poster bed and no pictures on the wall. The staff is very friendly and hard-working. Breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful. Due to the great layout at breakfast, it was never too crowded. We had a very nice vacation here.

We stayed here at the Wächter Hotel for 5 days. We were greeted very warmly. The room was clean and plenty of storage space. The knight theme was also implemented well. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is sufficient BUT the glass dishes could be used again 🙈 The Rasende Roland drives by here several times a day. All in all, a good hotel.

I spent 14 days at the Hotel Landhaus Waechter and found the time to be very pleasant. Very tasty breakfast, especially the fresh bread, a clean room, friendly staff and very quiet. I found it particularly good that you can request room service individually. Highly recommended.

Amazingly delicious comfort food with various options including vegan! This establishment is fantastically whimsical and eclectic in environment with theme rooms such as: Orient Express, Puppet Room, Wine Room, Photography Room all set inside a small but quaint and warm fashion. Definitely worth a visit or tour. They also do special events!

Very cosy atmosphere, great food and an extremely friendly staff. I haven't tried the dog menu, but our dog loved it and it looked nice as well. We were there with a bigger group and everyone enjoyed the stay and the food, even though the others all work in a restaurant themselves and have high standards.

We had breakfast as a family of six. The staff was super polite and helpful. Fun quirky place to enjoy breakfast especially with a wasch salon across the street.

This place is as nutty as it is unique. The food is excellent and the bonkers interior makes it worth the visit! VERY dog friendly to extent that there is a doggie menu and they have special bibs for your dog too! Völlig verrückt aber unglaublich geil. The guesthouse is located directly on the Schmachter See and you are only 5 minutes (700 meters) from the beach. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Breakfast is included and very good, in the evening or for coffee you can sit at the bar or on the terrace. The staff are all very friendly. One can only recommend Villa Seefrieden

Great family hotel. Pool is excellent and the apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay. Beach right there and we could watch the sun rise from our balcony.

Not exactly liked but be prepared for some downfalls. Really monotonous breakfast (awful vegetables). Be prepared you can have a room in separate building. Rooms are decent but look really old inside. Swimming pool is almost always full and doesn't has a lifeguard. Every additional attraction for children inside hotel is paid extra. Only great thing is location, really close to the beach.

A huge holiday complex by the beach. Plenty of families and groups of pensioners. The pool and it's unisex changing rooms is all very family orientated and is little confusing at first. Rooms are spacious, small balcony and well kitted out kitchenette. Supermarket is a very short walk away. Public transport does pass outside, but it's not that frequent. Best to have a car for getting around the island...
