The hotel is well decorated, very clean. The staff is first class. The restaurant has the best food, the service is top notch. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We were completely satisfied.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is very tasty and plentiful. For dinner - a large wine list and a very tasty dinner. There is a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot. The city center is not a kilometer away from the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable three days here. Good service, friendly staff. No a/c and we were there during the heat wave of temperatures in the mid 30s Celsius, but the hotel provided a fan, which helped and the nights cooled down enough for comfortable sleeping. I stayed with my spouse in this large hotel from 10 to 12 August 2023. It is a large building called "Castle" in the center of Quedlinburg, equipped with numerous rooms and several large breakfast rooms on the first floor, as well as a courtyard. This is the deluxe room that was renewed on the second day. It seems to be no different than the one on the first day. The floor is on the second floor, but it feels like it lacks the antique and nostalgic meaning. The facilities are complete and the sanitation is good. The service is still difficult to receive in English. Unexpectedly, a city tax of 3 yuan per person per day was charged in the end...

Great location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Only stayed one night so didn't use spa area. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was excellent, breakfast had enough choice and fresh fruits/food. The employees are very nice and kind and always willing to help if needed. We decided to visit Auerhahn with my family for a relaxing weekend. The hotel was the perfect fit, as we had a room with a cute balcony which allowed us to enjoy the sunset all together. The room was clean and the staff was great.

I have never been to Germany before, but this experience made it worthwile to go back again. Lovely people in a very cute and tidy hotel.

Loved our stay here! The property is charming and historic in all the right places, while the rooms have been updated for comfort. Our room was very spacious with two seating areas and a large bathroom. Staff were kind, breakfast is great. Located just shows from Quedlinburg’s cathedral and castle.

A beautiful hotel in a unique setting! We had wonderful junior suite that was refurbished in modern style. Bathroom was roomy but the shower’s water pressure was really bad. Breakfast was really nice with perfect fried eggs! Only if you allergic to dust be wary of the carpets!

Very spacious rooms and a grand view. The hotel areas are clean and quiet. German and English service and easy parking. Dinner requires a reservation. The restaurant at Hotel am Brühl is right down the street and I highly recommend it.

What a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms are huge with a very nice big bathroom also. The hotel is literally just under 100m away from the train station, about 300m away from a nice supermarket and just under 500m away from the old town. It is a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Quedlinburg

Perfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.

Brilliant location, genially restored building, the rooms are large with all modern comforts but keep a romantic old flair. The personnel is kind and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t bad but kept being smaller or larger according to...no one knows what!

A very pleasant hotel with cozy and friendly atmosphere. It’s located at the centre of the town. We loved this historic building (over 300 years old) and yet the room is well equipped and the interior is newly refurbished. Very nice breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Theophano. The location is perfect, right in the town square. Rooms were large, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Service forgetful, didn’t ask for vaccinations, food was very variable (Schnitzel with sesame excellent, game Sülze was bland) interior rather dated. But the Freiberger dark beer made up for everything.

Had dinner at the hotel´s restaurant. The food was tasty, affordable, and the portions were generous! Tried the  Creamy-Tomate Soup, and Schnitzel. Small hotel in a small "castle" or mansion. Very friendly service, could not get better. Excellent location, close to the town center. Parking on site. Had a nice bar open more or less the whole day with beer and drinks. Good breakfast with everything you may need.

The hotel was lovingly renovated. A beautiful place with an amazing view over the old town. Just a couple of minutes walk to the old town square. No elevator! All rooms are on the 3rd floor.

We really liked the history and the tour of the castle.The room was nice.There was a small fire in the maintenance room and the alarm went off.The staff extinguished the fire but did not call the fire department. That night the heating system and the hot water did not work. There is no staff in the building at night which did not make us feel comfortable. Things can happen but overall it was wonderful...

We were pleasantly surprised at just how grand this castle is and on large grounds overlooking the old town of Altstadt just a couple minutes walk. Our double room was large and well appointed and bathrooms were fresh. Romantic. An incredible terrace on the roof with views that no other property has in town. They were very kind to us. Happy to have chosen this hotel. Unique to other hotels anywhere

We had a spacious apartment for our family and ate dinner in the relaxing Biergarten of the restaurant. Great, central location in the city with easy access to cafés and little shops. Parking behind the hotel was great for unloading and loading our luggage.

Without even being a guest at the hotel I was greeted professionally and was being helped nicely and provided with a free of charge dental kit I was asking for!

A very nice brauhaus in Quedlinburg, with nice beers but a too fancy menu with sweet potato fries when normal fries and a bread roll instead of the Brioche would have been better.

We were there with a group of 8 people and felt very comfortable. It doesn't matter that it's 2 km to the old town. The staff were more friendly and helpful than ever before. The pool with a flood shower and massage jet is included in the price. The 3-course menu changed daily. Only the breakfast buffet was a bit unimaginative. We can recommend the hotel.

Beautiful guesthouse is still under renovation, so not quite finished. But the staff always tries to make everything as pleasant as possible for the customer. Breakfast was also varied, something for everyone. All in all a nice weekend.
