Family with two kids. Very nice room with you need available. Nice staff, offering support and helping. We had a nice dinner and breakfast. Would stay again.

Super clean hotel, super welcoming staff and the food in the restaurant was just wonderful,
Located in the city center, you have access to all amenities by foot.
Totally recommended for either short or long stays. 👍🏼

Restaurant downstairs is just great. Atmosphere is really authentic and my schnitzel was probably bigger than me 😄

The smaller conference room is good for about 20 people with laptops etc. WLAN tickets are limited to 500 MB per person per day, so better not use Prezi or Office Web Apps.
Guest rooms are nice and quiet, but the beds are hard-ish and the blankets too cold.
The restaurant serves delicious and way oversized portions.
The staff is polite and professional. Most speak acceptable English.
The hotel/restaurant is official brewery tavern of the Radeberger Exportbrauerei, which is just 5 walking minutes away. It is one of only a hand full of places serving Radeberger's Zwickelbier (containing active yeasts).
The parking lot is located at a different location from where the GPS leads one baswd on the street address. Bicycles can't be locked securely outside, so the staff lets one lock-in the bicycles inside. However, this does not seem to be possible if there are events in the big hall (Kaisersaal), as the bicycles would stand in the entrance hall. But, if there are no events, they are savely locked-in.

Very friendly staff. Food was also super.
Our room was large and bright. Very nice equipped. There was nothing missing.

Old hotel, but clean. Old but not in a pleasant way, it feels very grandpa 90's style. Some things needs more maintenance (eg water temperature was impossible to control and would change at random), but mostly just old. Ass possible plusses the Radenberger brewery and beer adds some flavour, and the restaurant was pretty good for dinner..
