Excellent place to overnight with a most central location, very clean, friendly personnel, at reasonable prices. The location on the third floor of a building, very modernly build, is kind of unusual, however very easy to reach from the ground level or underground garage with the elevator. Breakfast is average but sufficient and with fresh products. I can only recommend !

This may not be the best hotel you have ever been to, but you will have a pleasant stay here. I believe it's a family business and the gentleman whos always there is very friendly. You are allowed to make a sandwich in the morning to take away with you, something I've never seen elsewhere. The bathrooms are renovated and very clean.

Very nice operator, unfortunately only cash payment possible because of the EC problem that prevailed throughout Germany at the time. A possibility to get a beer in the evening would have been nice. Hay pocas plazas de aparcamiento en zona asfaltada por lo que se aparca en un descampado que era un barrizal. I am currently in Zwickau for professional reasons and have booked the hotel. I'm mostly satisfied. The single room serves its purpose, it's clean, warm. The breakfast is good too. Except the coffee. A "pot" is included in the price, the second pot costs money. Unfortunately, that's a pity because a pot is just a "normal" cup of coffee.

It is a very simple hotel with a the basic needs that you want. And the owners are very nice and helpful. When I asked them for directions they gave me a map of the town and explained what buses and trains I should take.

I stayed here whilst on business in Zickau. The staff here are all friendly. The check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and there was plenty of options for breakfast. The location is just a few minutes walk from the main restaurant area and also the park.

The room itself was nice, unfortunately there were still worn contact lenses on my bedside table and the imitation leather covering of the headboard of the bed trickled down on us. Nice little hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and respond to requests. The breakfast is plentiful and it is constantly being refilled. There are sufficient parking spaces and a chargeable charging station for e-cars. The dinner was also very good and reasonably priced.

The restaurant is either understaffed or the staff in place is really inefficient... Started when we arrived, we waited for about 10 minutes standing in the doorway. It seems that to make a 90s show of a flamed meat was more important than taking 15 seconds to send us to a table... Each time some new customer arrived it was a drama, with waiter rolling their eyes and acting like it would be impossible...

Our staying here was perfect, thank you. Personnel is very friendly and responsive. Very good breakfast. Room was clean. For us all was okay. Just one disadvantage - sleeping mattresses and pillows are not comfortable.

Very friendly staff! They kept the reception open a bit longer for us so we could still check-in and at that moment even took the time to connect with our dog (which is difficult and takes patience). Would definitely recommend this place and whenever traveling in the area I’ll stay here.

The location is the big plus and the price was alright too, but the hotel itself, well. As many others have said, it's in need for a renovation. I had a room with the depressing view of the backyard. Rooms only get cleaned on request, despite staying there for a week. The locks are flimsy and the walls thin.

Nice Hotel, i wanted to visit August Horch Museum, so the Hotel was not far from museum. Hotel has a restaurant and parking area. In weekends there could be free space. Near is also Lidl grocery store. Rooms are good, service nice.

I often use this hotel, for long periods too, and I honestly can't say I feel bad about it. Only a couple of things are certainly not at the height of the price (about 90 euros per night) and that is: too much proximity between the rooms and the apartments, from which often too loud noises and voices and above all smells come. Second point, the internet signal on the floors is very weak and discontinuous...

Quiet, dated hotel that could use a refresh. We didn't eat there, I think because of the due to the low occupancy the kitchen was closed.
