Private event attended. Can't go to the rooms, I say. The Buffet was good. In sufficient quantity and Taste good. The Service was sometimes a bit long, but very nice. All in all, a nice evening in a pleasant ambience, good food and nice Service.

I stayed here whilst on business in Zickau. The staff here are all friendly. The check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and there was plenty of options for breakfast. The location is just a few minutes walk from the main restaurant area and also the park.

This very pleasant establishment had very friendly and chatty staff, From the chap at Reception who checked me in on Good Friday evening to Waiter Jonas I was always thoroughly engaged socially. The restaurant is either understaffed or the staff in place is really inefficient... Started when we arrived, we waited for about 10 minutes standing in the doorway. It seems that to make a 90s show of a flamed meat was more important than taking 15 seconds to send us to a table... Each time some new customer arrived it was a drama, with waiter rolling their eyes and acting like it would be impossible...

Excellent! We love this hotel and stay every year when on the long way. Comfortable rooms, excellent staff, great breakfast, convenient parking.

On the first view you feel like the hotel is too old but its just looks like. Reception is very dark and I belive if you change reception (as a place ) that can bring better first impression. I don't mean to change a place but to renovat it or to bring some soul to it. Rooms are big and really very clean. For a few days to stay strongly recommend this place

Very friendly staff! They kept the reception open a bit longer for us so we could still check-in and at that moment even took the time to connect with our dog (which is difficult and takes patience). Would definitely recommend this place and whenever traveling in the area I’ll stay here.

The location is the big plus and the price was alright too, but the hotel itself, well. As many others have said, it's in need for a renovation. I had a room with the depressing view of the backyard. Rooms only get cleaned on request, despite staying there for a week. The locks are flimsy and the walls thin.

The hotel manager was so gracious. He tried to do everything for us. Put our sagging flowers in a vase with fresh water. Room was spacious and lots of light. Bathroom in the small side but good enough. Shower was hot and good flow. Room clean. Priced very well and you cannot beat the location. Walk up stairs.

Very nice place to stay. Located in the heart of Plauen, this smal hotel offers clean, quiet and cozy rooms for a very attractive price. The owner are very friendly and very keen. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As everyone else has said, great location, fair price, very nice room, but the biggest highlight for us was the excellent service and the lovely breakfast! Breakfast is a small extra fee but absolutely worth it, you should do it.

Nice Hotel, i wanted to visit August Horch Museum, so the Hotel was not far from museum. Hotel has a restaurant and parking area. In weekends there could be free space. Near is also Lidl grocery store. Rooms are good, service nice.

Quiet, dated hotel that could use a refresh. We didn't eat there, I think because of the due to the low occupancy the kitchen was closed. We saw not even one other guest during our 2-night stay, only one helpful gentleman at reception when we arrived and departed. Our room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. In itself the hotel is great. The food was also to our complete satisfaction. However, I have to subtract two stars, which has to do with a rather pushy female waitress. One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in, technically ultra-modern, everything is very harmoniously coordinated. Yes, it is an rather „retro“ Hotel and so the sofa is a bit aged. So don‘t expect brand new furnishing/facillities. But it has it‘s charm and is a reminder of the former GDR. We come here for the pool, which is the only one of its kind in the whole area. The entrance fee for a family of five (three children) for three hours seems to be rather steep - we paid 50 Euros. Once inside there are two water slides and there is an artificial wave every hour for five to ten minutes in the lower pool. When there is sunshine outside the views are amazing. There is no food or drink...

Stunning view, resturants are ok... rooms are very old, colors in the rooms were outdated in tbe 60's however everything function and for the most part comfortable. I guess if you travel here in the winter it is ok, but in the summer make sure you understand that there is no A/C that means it gets hot quickly, but, in the evenings it is nice and cool outside.

4 stars mainly based on price and value. As a 4 Star hotel it means you get the privilege to pay for Internet $10, parking $7, breakfast $11, and sauna. The room has ac, but it doesn't work well in either of our two rooms. Even cool outside it couldn't cool our rooms after 2 hours. Eventually gave up and opened windows, but fair amount of noise from the street and bugs because no screens on Windows...

We were not in the hotel, but in the thermal baths. This also has direct access to the hotel. As for the thermal baths and especially the salt water thermal baths, I can only say that due to the connection between the old and the postmodern new building, this is certainly one of the most beautiful thermal baths in all of Germany. As for the pool, there is definitely something suitable for everyone...
