We have been your guests last year for one night on our way to Holland. I wanted to book again this year since we had a wonderful experience both at the hotel and at the restaurant. Unfortunately you don't accept dogs so we won't be able to come. This is really very disappointing. Corinna

They are not friendly people.
The rooms are not clean; many dirty smashed insects on walls and curtains. Horseflies in the room, tiles in toilet and bathroom are dirty. We had opened the windows and in the evening it was swarming with large and small insects. We got another room at 23:00 with the advice not to open windows because they knew this problem. Should have provided mosquito nets or announced in advance not to open windows. We had a more luxurious room of €137,-!!!

A beautiful hotel with first-class service in a relaxed yet always friendly atmosphere. A prime location directly on the Rhine. Perfect for pleasant day trips, for example, to Koblenz or Cologne. It's also very suitable for cyclists. We had a very nice, modern room with a large bathroom and a fantastic view of the Rhine. All of this at an excellent price-performance ratio.

A room with a river view...even from your bed...the view of Linz at night and the ships passing by as you fall asleep...beautiful...

Great hotel. The rooms in the new building are great. Modern furnishings, laminate, a great new bathroom with a walk-in shower. The breakfast was very good, everything was available. The restaurant is also recommended. Very good food, all very friendly. There are two terraces, one for non-smokers and one for smokers. This is very pleasant for non-smokers. The parking lot behind the hotel is large, you can find a place at any time. All in all, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Very nice and new hotel. The rooms were good. Terrace with a view of the Rhine. Breakfast was good. Although the staff is very nice, the service does not always work so well. Coffee pot is not exchanged in the morning, you have to take care of it yourself. Ate there in the evening and waited over 1 hour for the main course. The hair dryer was missing in the room. When I asked to get a hair dryer (certainly not all rooms were booked) nobody responded. There were full ashtrays on the tables outside. The table was only cleaned on clues and then just wiped wet over it - disgusting. Statement from the staff: we hadn't expected more guests. It was 9 p.m. and the weather was nice to sit outside.

A highly recommended hotel from arrival to departure. We were allowed to move into a great suite with a separate living area and balcony with a view of the Rhine. Breakfast was good. However, since we spent a week in the hotel, a little variety in the jam, sausage and cheese selection would have been nice. Dinner in the restaurant should not be missed despite the currently clear menu. The boss and all employees were extremely nice and attentive. You have always received tips etc. for excursions. The rental bikes were also in good condition.
